Had a craving for pizza and decided to go to Mountain Mike's because one of my buddy's family owns some in a different area and raves about them.
The owner at this location is great. I made a mistake on the order ordering half/half pikes peak and both and he called immediately to double check. Then later when we went to pick up the pizza, he offered to make us another one because we were late to pick it up (our fault). Unbeatable service. The pizza itself was very crispy and their renowned crispy, curly pepperoni didn't disappoint.
If you're a fan of Mountain Mike's, can't beat this location.

Our patronage of this Mountain Mike's location dates back to 2018, although my personal experience with the establishment began in 2001. The owner consistently provides warm and welcoming service, and the food quality is consistently excellent. The owner's commitment to customer satisfaction is evident in both the food and service provided. The restaurant's location within a desirable neighborhood, coupled with its impeccably clean and inviting interior, further enhances the overall experience. My uncle attended the grand opening in Palo Alto in 1978, establishing a long-standing family connection with the Mountain Mike's brand.

The salad bar items were not cooled, and were actually warm - a health hazard. The staff was informed, but they didn't do anything about shutting it down. The beer from tap was barely cool. They also did not have water available, except for purchase, which wasn't great on a 90° evening. The pizza was tasty, but we'll be getting to go from now on. I don't know if there was an ownership or management change, but it wasn't like this on prior visits.

No help from the employees after waiting over an hour for a kids pizza very unpleasant experience and very rude.worst mountain mikes experience.on top of that employee said 30 min waited 30 min respectfully and asked again how long and yelled 30 more minutes very unpleasant experience.doesn’t even deserve a star for this type of service.

I attended a Yelp Elite event at Mountain Mike's on Blossom Hill Rd. It turned out to be a fun family dinner on Thursday evening.The place was pretty busy, which is always a good sign. The vibe was casual and perfect for watching the NBA game while we dined.Nav was our point of contact. He was friendly and accommodating, making our experience all the more enjoyable. He handled our request for a half-and-half Mt. Veggiemore and cheese pizza, ensuring everyone got their favorite.Mt. Veggiemore was a veggie-packed delight and the cheese pizza a gooey, melty classic. We also enjoyed some sodas. Although the food took a bit to arrive, it was worth the wait.The kids were thrilled with the game machines, especially the car racing game, which was a hit with my son. Plus, the claw machine packed with plush toys and candies added an extra layer of fun. They also have a change machine which is very convenient.Parking:There's plenty of space in the back.Overall, Mountain Mike's provided a fabulous venue for a Yelp Elite event. It's a spot that's clearly more than just pizza; it's about the experience.
