The owner consistently provides warm and welcoming service, and the food quality is consistently excellent. The salad bar items were not cooled, and were actually warm - a health hazard. The staff was informed, but they didn't do anything about shutting it down. The beer from tap was barely cool. They also did not have water available, except for purchase, which wasn't great on a 90° evening. The pizza was tasty, but we'll be getting to go from now on. I don't know if there was an ownership or management change, but it wasn't like this on prior visits.
