I got a breakfast bagel was charged additional because of the bagel I selected. Menu did not show the price difference, it should. Also got plain bagel with cream cheese. I waited a long time when there was no people and the girl preparing the bagels was talking with another gal. Bagels hardly had any cream cheese, nor the breakfast. For the price this place charges and hardly anything inside the bagel, go elsewhere.

Been hearing the rave about Noah's Bagels, so we stopped to try them this morning. Delicious Bagels, but the customer service was the worst I've seen in the Bay Area. I smiled at the young girl taking my order, she never smiled back, asked if I wanted my receipt and when I said yes acted annoyed. I thought maybe she was just having a bad day, but when the manager walked out she started talking and smiling with her. I get we all have hard days, but great customer service goes a long ways. I said to the girl, I hope your day gets better, her and her friend look at each other and laugh. Lovely way to start my morning. I Won't be back!

World saddest "BLT," horrible customer service. My coffee sat there for a long time behind the counter before they thought to call out my name. I had to ask for it. This is the only interaction from the staff. "BLT" is very light with two strips of bacon if your lucky. Hardly a "BLT."

Perpetually out of stock of the popular bagels. You know how much people eat of each bagels — just make more of those popular bagels. Re-allocate bagel shelf space if you have to. Every day by 9am it’s just the boring stuff left that people have to settle
What happened to the bagel baker? For the past 6 months, most of the bagels have been smaller, denser, and don’t taste the way they used to. I asked one employee why had they changed so dramatically. Maybe they didn’t cook it long enough? All I know that after 20 years, I’d love to know if management is aware of this.:(

A Saturday tradition for us is too have coffee and bagels here.
Be sure that when u order that it is made correctly before you walk out. Not once but twice order was made incorrectly, and then coming back a third time did to fix three staff including 2 managers are arguing with me to pay for their mistake.

Really friendly staff and super good bagel sandwiches. Went by for breakfast before work, they were so quick and the place was clean and tidy. Ample parking in the strip mall it’s in.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is no step into the building but they do not have automatic doors and it is a little tight for navigating with a wheel chair by the bagel counter.

Bagels have started shrinking at this location, check the pic I am posting. This is not doggie bagel for real. They don’t know how to make bagels, most of them don’t have a hole in the middle. Whenever I go, popular varieties are missing on the shelf. Manager doesn’t plan to keep everything stocked.
