My experience was a disaster. I bought two dozens of cupcakes, they charged me for 3. When I asked to refund the extra charge and after 10 mins waiting, the person behind the cash could not do it and told me the owner will refund. Still after a week and calling twice already, I have not seen a refund. It looks like a scam!!! STAY AWAY!!

I am giving this business 5 stars because they were super professional in a bad situation that wasn't their fault and a good business should not suffer for the failure of another business.
Anyone interested in catering delivery through the app from these guys should know that it uses Uber Eats. I ordered 3 dozen gluten free cupcakes for my wedding and they never showed up. I got a receipt saying the order was dropped off but when my event planner went to get them, they were nowhere to be found. Needless to say it was my wedding day so it stressed me out. The manager at this location was quick to put out this fire for us. They remade the entire order as I wanted it before (gluten free) and the manager himself came to drop it off. I really appreciated that effort because I feel like some businesses just don't go that extra mile for a customer and this place did. Overall, disappointed with the delivery driver from Uber Eats, but the cupcakes themselves were absolutely perfect. I ordered an over abundance for my wedding and they FLEW. My guests loved them and I ordered gluten free to accommodate my wife and a couple guests, everyone else couldn't even tell they were gluten free which is exactly what you want out of a gluten free dessert.
Thank you very much to the manager for going the extra mile and ensuring I had the promised dessert for my wedding. Again, this location is awesome, but beware of using their delivery for a major event.

I’ve always loved Nothing Bundt Cakes, so whenever there’s an occasion, it’s always the first place that comes to mind.
A few months ago, I forgot to include the suite number in the drop-off address, and the Uber driver marked the order as "delivered," even though I hadn’t received anything yet. After contacting the staff, Jeff personally reached out to me and delivered my order the same day. I truly appreciated this and commend their outstanding service and overall performance in handling the situation.

I really like this location of Bundt Cakes & Other Stuff. It's easy to order online, service is fast and friendly, plus if you're heading to a party and forgot the cake, just stop in and they usually have several options instantly available. Easy parking by Walgreens as well.

Zero Stars. This location wants to charge $25.00 to deliver within the 95118 zip code so that's going to be a no for me. I'll be looking elsewhere to have cupcakes delivered. Nothing Bundt Insane Charges.Seriously, you can order Filet Mignon from a restaurant and still the delivery fee won't be more than that. SMH.

Chocolate cake was delicious . but lemon raspberry was so very sweet that I couldn’t finish. The cashier was also so impatient, looks like she wanted to get rid of the customers ASAP.

I have purchased cakes and cupcakes from this chain at this store and other stores before. This last time I was really baffled as I received my cake in a bag, no box. I know I have gotten the exact same cake elsewhere and it came in a box. So the cake I was given was in a cellophane bag. When I asked about the box I was told it was an additional $2. I did not buy the box because I did not want to reward the poor service by buying it but also at that point I did not want to chance messing up the cake by removing it from the bag. When I expressed my concern the employee told me placing it in a box would ruin the frosting. What do you think happens when you put cake with a soft frosting in a bag??? I managed to bring the cake to the birthday party mostly undamaged but it had stuck to the bag in a few places. The cake was delicious. I'll give you that,
