Awful service from the owner who was at the register. He tried to intimidate me and followed me out of the store talking at me and saying I was horrible because I asked if there was a line for online prepaid order. His last words to me were "you have no idea who you are talking to". I was so upset I told him I wanted a refund and he refused. Shame on him!

Refusal to give my toddler just 1 fork is pretty absurd after buying a couple mini cake. 'No you have to buy the full party serving pack' in a very rude tone.... No feeling bad or apologies, just attitude. Even after offering to buy 1 fork.. and then was rude at checkout... not sure if that even is the policy, which I've never heard of many years of frequenting NBC because can confirm a few weeks ago when I was pregnant, because I remember how much comfort it brought me eating in car right after my glucose test with a provided fork!) Hahaha. Won't be going to this store anymore. (Now we are eating it with an old popsicle stick....)

I admit it I'm a s***** for a food funfettie cake so food is good when you need a sweet and they are consistently yummy and moist so can't complain. The staff are polite and if you get luck and catch one on the phone they are pretty helpful and patient too. The ambiance come on it's a bakery cupcake shop smells accordingly plus the free birthday cake definitely a fan!

I'm a huge "nothing Bundt cake" fan. But, it really depends on the location. I've noticed whenever I purchase from this location my cupcakes are always smooshed at the bottom, and the form is never correct. The taste hasn't been a issue yet, but seems as if they never can get the cakes and cupcakes right!!! I guess it's fine if you're eating at yourself, but it's embarrassing if you're presenting it as a birthday cake or a gift for someone because it looks awful ! Sadly this has happened few times now. I really like this location of Bundt Cakes & Other Stuff. It's easy to order online, service is fast and friendly, plus if you're heading to a party and forgot the cake, just stop in and they usually have several options instantly available. Easy parking by Walgreens as well.

Went back again today and got a Snickerdoodle Bundtlet. It was so delicious! I ordered through Rakuten this time to try that out and it said I got $.72 back. Anyways, I love the Los Gatos Nothing Bundt cakes and so does my whole family.

Horrible customer service. In January I placed a pre-order for a work event. On the day of the event I went to pick up my order only to find out they had closed due to a power outage (which is understandable). I called and left a voicemail to figure out what to do about my pre-order, but never heard back from them. When my credit card statement arrived I was surprised to see they charged me for the order. I called the store and spoke to an employee and she said my information would be given to the manager to respond. Days later I still haven't heard back and still have this change on my credit card for an order they never fulfilled. Very disappointed with their lack of customer service.

Zero Stars. This location wants to charge $25.00 to deliver within the 95118 zip code so that's going to be a no for me. I'll be looking elsewhere to have cupcakes delivered. Nothing Bundt Insane Charges.Seriously, you can order Filet Mignon from a restaurant and still the delivery fee won't be more than that. SMH.

Chocolate cake was delicious . but lemon raspberry was so very sweet that I couldn’t finish. The cashier was also so impatient, looks like she wanted to get rid of the customers ASAP.
