The staff at the front desk walked away from me when I tried to inquire about the wait time to get seated. I assumed they were busy, no problem, so gave it another 15 minutes, when she returned (keep it mind this implies there 15 minutes where the front desk was unattended) and repeated the question in a perfectly flat tone I was asked "not to take my frustration out". Didn't get a chance to get rate the food unfortunately. Bad day or otherwise, that's poor service.

absolutely love the pizza! price is up there but its delicious, probably dont try to call an order in though… im writing this review while waiting on hold and its been 12 minutes, if they pick up before I finish I’ll scrap it. but this experience plus a couple times weve been there where the host has been pretty rude (no hello or any sign of kindness and turse orders to get us to our table) has made me disappointed enough in the service that I thought id use this time while I wait to share a bit about my experiences… ok fine im giving up now ill order food elsewhere …total time 20 minutes… too bad a lover boy sounded so yummy

Our favorite place in Los Gatos. Super friendly staff that treat you like family. They have a quiet elegance in their food. Truffle shuffle pizza, pan fried gnocchi, and chicken parm never goes wrong. Kid loves their chicken
Went for a friend's birthday so it wasn't my pick. Would not recommend it if you're gluten free. Very few options and they are mostly just omitting the bread/croutons. Also, the menu doesn't list all ingredients in most dishes.

Honestly one of the best pizzas I've had in a very long time, very good texture very good ingredients and flavor, the drinks are also really cool, they have a tim burton themed drink menu, the bartender was super sweet and informative she had really pretty eyebrows.

solid spot for cocktails, wine and dinner. Not surprisingly given location the wines by the glass are also a pleasure. The menu is simple, i was a little surprised when i got wagyu rib eye when the description on the menu said “steak” but my bad for not asking… it was good thing a bit fatty for my liking. my least favorite part is the interior is a bit more diner/casual than i would prefer and initially the service was slow but it improved.
