Nathan is spectacular. There are no words to describe his level of professionalism, class, and service. He is amazing. You can tell he has a passion for what he does which is hard to come across! I will definitely be back if he is working!

We had the pleasure of meeting and dining with Ali, the owner chef. Ali ordered for us and we had a most delicious meal. Started with the sample plate and then ordered 3 mains, 2 desserts and finished with turkish coffees. The bartender recommended a bottle of red wine that was perfect. Ali shared the tradition of turning the turkish coffee over after drinking to let the grounds become your fortune teller. All delicious and beautifully presented. We love the cozy atmosphere and the booth seating. I highly recommend this restaurant for a completely new and gourmet side of turkish dining.

Great treat on a Monday. Had the lamb sausage, octopus, and dumplings with lambs. Really tasty and super fresh. Great edition to LG!

I recently tried the Incik dish, and it was fantastic. The lamb was incredibly tender and flavorful, cooked to perfection. If you enjoy lamb, this is definitely a dish you should try. It is rich, satisfying, and absolutely delicious. Highly recommended!

I’ve been here more than 20 times. I tried every single thing in the menu and I decided that these guys are not cooking, they’re making art! Seafoods are amazing! And also large alcohol selection. The staff is absolutely wonderful!

Such a beautiful dining experience. Zach doubled as our bartender and server, and guided us on the food and drinks. We loved everything we ate and drank, start to finish.
Meze combo, sea bass, lamb shank. All truly delicious. Romantic and warm atmosphere great for date night.

Dishonest, dangerous, and completely untrained staff.
I have Celiac disease, which means I cannot eat gluten — not “I’m avoiding it,” but that even small amounts can make me very sick. I take every precaution when eating out, and I always communicate clearly with servers about my dietary restrictions.
When I visited this restaurant, I spoke to our server, Martin, multiple times about whether a particular dish was completely gluten-free. I asked him to confirm with the chef, and he assured me — more than once — that he had checked and that the dish was safe for me.
Something about the texture of the food didn’t feel right, so I asked another server just to be sure. That’s when I learned that a major ingredient was barley — which is absolutely not gluten-free. When I asked that second server to confirm with the kitchen, the chef himself came out and told us directly that the dish did contain gluten and that Martin had never asked him about it. The chef and other staff were profusely apologetic, though at that point it was far too late.
This isn’t just poor service — it’s dishonesty and dangerous negligence. People with Celiac disease rely on truthful information to avoid severe illness. A simple “I’m not sure” would have been acceptable. But lying about checking with the chef? Unacceptable.
This experience completely destroyed any trust I had in this restaurant. Management clearly needs to train their staff properly on food allergens and what “gluten-free” actually means. Until that happens, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone with food allergies or sensitivities.
Note to self: Don't go here on Halloween. It sounds like a 1980s disco in here. Not sure if I want to order more food or just escape ASAP!

Last night I visited there with my family. The food was good but not great. Chicken was dry and the sauce had too much butter.
I'd recommend Meze Combo for a good size appetizer

Immediately walking in, the place has an inviting Mediterranean feel. We got seated at a table for two, half booth and ordered a cocktail. We ordered the Mikanos Sunrise and Mardini. The Mikanos had a powerful absynthe-anise taste, but it worked with the other ingredients. The Mardini had gin, pomegranate, and lemon, and all I got was sour lemon. It was really bad and we sent it back. Our server was super nice about it, but the bartender tried to argue with him about it. I got the Epivates instead and it tasted only of absynthe. I didn’t send it back, but ordered wine, which was better. If you’re in to cocktails, don’t order them here. They lacked balance and creativity. Go to Oak and Rye for the best cocktails in town.
For starters, we got a decent salad with beets and tzatziki with pita which were both fine, but nothing we haven’t had better elsewhere. For dinner we had the gigantes and lamb. The gigantes beans were lacking any flavor and the lamb was pretty good, but not amazing, also lacking in seasoning. Evvia in Palo Alto has very similar dishes but they are all phenomenal, so we had a high bar for Opelia. Our server was so wonderful and the ambiance is lovely and that’s what gives this place a 4 star for me.
