Food is fine. They messed up my order and then when I asked to check the bill if things got mixed up, the manager said “the difference is only 1 dollar but it is fine I refunded it for you”.
Sorry, it is not my fault, and you are not doing me a courtesy.

We eat here frequently, and will keep eating here. I have two suggestions for improvement:
First, they need to better marinate their lamb and make sure they’re cooked through because they’re sometimes just too rare or raw. They can use a temp stick to reach the desired temperature so that inside the lamb is not uncooked, although it can be rare or medium —but uncooked is not right.
Two, I think as a frequent eater of Mediterranean and Middle Eastern food, I could say confidently that they could do better with the ratio of their portions and pricing—especially since one of their main ingredients is garbanzo beans, which is literally one of the cheapest and healthiest sourced items, even if it is locally farmed and organic. If they observe these two things, I’m pretty sure their ratings will also improve dramatically, especially for frequent visitors who want to go there even more often.

Oren's Hummus is our go to restaurant for Gluten-free and Vegan options. They have a strict protocol so there is no cross contamination when food allergies are taken into consideration. The price is definitely worth the food, service and experience. We choose the Oren's in Los Gatos because it's the best location in the bay area. The manager Dante is extremely warm and friendly. You can bring any concerns to him and the staff will do their best to accommodate your needs. Bonus is everyone is treated like family no matter who you are.

I used to really enjoy the hummus here, but the quality and taste have dropped a lot compared to before. It used to be rich, smooth, and flavorful, but now it feels bland and nowhere close to what it used to be. Really hope they bring back the original recipe or quality, because it was one of my favorites.

I ordered Lamb skewer and it was just horrible. The meat was rubber and absolutely unchewable, as well as absolutely hot!!! In addition, they poured it with mayo! For what? How can you spoil lamb? It was either undercooked or a horrible choice of chunk.
The are a lot of Mediterranean places where you can get a juicy and tender lamb skewer, and I usually have a positive experience with lamb meat, but here they have to do much much better. They have to learn and improve their technique. The basmati rice was dry and over fried, perhaps leftovers from yesterday.
I can’t believe I just spent $20 for a single skewer that was just inedible. Such a bad experience for a pricey restaurant.
