I stopped by this Panera for a bowl of chicken soup. The girl at the counter looked right past me at a group that came in behind me and asked them if they would like to order even though there was clearly a line. I gave her a tip anyway which I wish I could take back since all she did was take my order and Money. She told me they would call my name when it was ready. I waited and waited and no soup. Really how long does it take to put pre made soup in a bowl? I finally asked the girl what happened to my soup and she went and looked and said its right there on the counter. I asked the fellow why he hadn't called my name and he said he did. He had not but argued he did. It is not a big space and I heard every name he called. The soup was now cold from sitting so long so I asked him to re heat it and he told me I could do it myself and there was a microwave in the dining room. So to sum things up lousy rude service. Dirty dining room, $13 for a bow; of cold soup I have to heat myself. Places like this make me want to stop eating out. And asking for a tip when all you do for the customer is take their order is robbery.

Panera Bread at Los Gatos blvd didn't put extra free side snacks to our order, although we were eligible and ordered. Also I find it a bit too pricey, although food is decent.

We usually go to this location when we do Panera Bread. After our last visit, we'll have to rethink this. We were there on a Sunday evening and there wasn't a clean table or chair in the place. The floor was a total mess. A friend in the hospitality business once told me that's the first thing he looks at. I know that it's becoming increasingly difficult to get staff to work in restaurants these days. I'm willing to be pay more for a clean place in which to eat. The food was OK. The quality and prep of the food has declined over the last couple of years. Honestly, $20 at Walmart will buy you a lot better meal for two than you get here. That's what we'll do next time.

Had the get 2 special. Half a sandwich and half a salad. The the right amount for a quick but satisfying lunch.

The food here was just as good as the other two locations we tried. The employees are VERY friendly, and the service was great. The outdoor seating area here is definitely the best of the three we've gone to so far. Shady and cozy, with a nice fence to isolate the patio from the nearby traffic. Also very dog friendly. The ONLY problem, and sadly, it's kind of a big one, is the parking here is a nightmare. If you are biking or walking, this one is perfect. But trying to park... yikes!I get that there's not really much they can do about it, but it was such a huge issue for us, we probably won't come back to this one. BUT please, if you are close enough to walk or bike, you should give it a go, it's a really nice location otherwise.

Have been a loyal customer of this location for years but I have seen this location go down in quality of service in the last recent months. New managers are putting new employees with no experience to run the cash and make sandwiches and such. It takes longer to order, it takes longer for the food to be prepped and ready for take out, and overall the quality of the take out food is getting worse. Today they had a broken toaster so the bagel that I wanted sliced and toasted took forever ( and the slicer machine didn't slice it from the middle either, it shaved the top off so 1/8th of the top and 7/8 on the bottom). I mean this is your business. This is what you should be "good" at. I'd a simple bagel and cream cheese is a disaster in your shop, come on. I won't be going to this location anymore. I will start going ti Cupertino location ( I am kind of midway from both ). Sorry to be giving a bad review for one of my favorite places. But the place is no longer what it used to be.

Disappointed over their service. No customization whatsoever. I asked for less sugar in my coffee drink and by the time it got from the cashier to the actual person making it, the message got lost. Also they forgot to add bread to my soup order. It's frustrating having to quality control every order. No one seems to care about their customers. Also, Panera is stuck in their outdated ways. It's 2023 and they don't have a single gluten free item on their menu.Won't be back.
