Excelente, Estupendo Ambience & Cuisine at Pedro’s Los Gatos. While the outside building feels straight out of a Movie Set in the Sonoran Desert, the inside has been fully transformed into feeling that you’re in Tulum. Los of Alfresco seating outside too. We sat next to the open windows and she loved the Smoky Mezcal Margaritas. With a round of soft crunchy delightful fish tacos and smoked Adobe Peppers Salsas, it was a lovely Rendezvous for a Thank Goodness it’s Friday Happy Hour 🍹Thanks to the hostess Vanessa for her kind and attentive service

Pedro's is the place for authentic Mexico dishes. Not only do they have world class specials, but they have amazing service that goes above and beyond. The architecture is beautiful and each server/bartender/bidder was nicer than the last! This will be a spot we frequent on a regular basis!

Food was good. We ordered from the valentine menu. Service was really bad. Took a very long time to order drinks and appetizers. Appetizers came well ahead of drinks. First course came before we had finished appetizers and drinks. Next 2 courses came before we were ready and at the same time. Tabletop was too small to accommodate the food comfortably. Asked waiter to come back for wine order. He did not return until we were almost finished with dinner. We did not order wine. Ordered dessert and waited at least 20 minutes for it to arrive. Main course and dessert were served to be shared but we were not given any utensils to do that so we had to ask and they never arrived. We had to take a set of silverware from empty table next to us. Very disappointed. This Valentine meal was advertised as a special upscale meal. It was not.

Pretty decent food for a Mexican restaurant. Beautiful atmosphere and great service. Food was good, not super excellent. But very tasty and decent size portions. Expected the food to be more authentic Mexican with a little bit more zing and spice. I would have to say a little on the bland side, but definitely worthwhile going and prices were reasonable. The ambience was great within the restaurant. Staff was friendly as well. I got the chicken enchilada, chicken, hard shell taco, and the beef tamale. The red salsa was absolutely the best thing that I enjoyed there. It was thick and chunky. I don’t like when the salsa is watered down. This was quite the opposite and very tasty.

We had looked forward to going to Pedro's for a long time since the re-vamp. The cocktails were absolutely outstanding -- worth the trip! Atmosphere is just outstanding -- modern and culturally spot on. Ahi ceviche was outstanding as were both their signature "wedge" and the novel julienned zucchini "Caesar." Entrees were very good; updated but definitely not innovative -- probably just what they are going for here. Server was delightful, staff friendly. We did have to ask for fresh flatware after every single course was cleared. They quickly and cheerfully responded, but it would be nice if flatware was ready before the food arrived ;-) Churros were fun to share but just average; dipping sauces uninspired. We will be back for sure, but don't go expecting really elevated Mexican cuisine. Equally good for a group or date night.
