I recently visited petal creamery and was genuinely impressed. From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was welcoming and thoughtfully designed — a perfect balance of comfort and style. The service was attentive and friendly, with staff who made sure we felt taken care of without being intrusive.
The menu offered a great variety of choices, catering to different tastes and dietary preferences. Each desert or ice cream we tried was flavorful and well-presented. It’s clear they pay attention to both quality and detail.
Overall, a wonderful experience. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to friends !

Ice cream rivals the best I've had... And while their espresso machine is small, they produce excellent cappuccinos (using Verve Sermon beans...). Now replaces where I consider the best in Los Gatos. Great atmosphere, friendly help, highly recommended!

I really wanted to love the ice cream in this new place. The different ice creams were all consistently too salty… Where I expected the lightness and freshness of a certain flavor to come out, it only got weighed down by a salty overpowering taste. I really wanted the ice creams to improve and that’s why I am writing this honest review. I just think they need more work, more honest taste tests, more trial and errors. And then they are ready to be enjoyed by ice cream enthusiasts more readily. Looking forward to updates and improvements. The interior decor is lush and beautiful. Definitely a sight for sore eyes. Friendly and attentive service by wonderful ladies up front.

This place was incredible! I stopped by this afternoon and indulged in their baklava ice cream and it was such a delicacy! You can truly taste the quality and care that they've put in their product. I can't wait to be back to try the others!

Petals Creamery is a wonderful new gem! Stepping inside, the delicate and beautiful decor immediately transported me to a charming spot in France, creating a truly warm and inviting atmosphere. Their ice cream flavors are absolutely divine, with the saffron ice cream being a standout that perfectly brought back childhood memories. Beyond the fantastic ice cream, their coffee and tea selections are equally impressive with great flavors. The staff here are incredibly polite and friendly, making the whole experience top-notch. Petals Creamery is definitely a must-visit!
