Ice cream rivals the best I've had... And while their espresso machine is small, they produce excellent cappuccinos (using Verve Sermon beans...). Now replaces where I consider the best in Los Gatos. Great atmosphere, friendly help, highly recommended!
I really wanted to love the ice cream in this new place. The different ice creams were all consistently too salty… Where I expected the lightness and freshness of a certain flavor to come out, it only got weighed down by a salty overpowering taste. I really wanted the ice creams to improve and that’s why I am writing this honest review. I just think they need more work, more honest taste tests, more trial and errors. And then they are ready to be enjoyed by ice cream enthusiasts...
