More of an upmarket Mediterranean restaurant, it was actually pretty nice, and we have been there a few times now. It's good without being great, but that's perfectly okay because it is priced accordingly

No gluten free options, unlike other Sajj locations. It's inside a combo kitchen with other restaurants, so I wandered around the area looking for the restaurant before I realized. There isn't even a sign on the outside that says Sajj, it's just a section of the menu.Spending the effort to find the place, and then realizing that I can't eat anything here, was disappointing.

I am mad at myself for not reading the other reviews first. My brother and I have eaten at Sajj for years and hadn’t been to one in a while. I found one on our route home from the airport and suggested we stop — I will not be returning and felt I had to alert others that this is not a real Sajj or restaurant. As the other review mentioned, this is a cafeteria style food establishment where you choose which brand of food you’d like and then punch in your order on a tablet. The food is then made out of site and delivered in a container to your table in what feels more like a waiting room than the warmth of a dining area. The food that we can normally smell & see as it’s being prepared fresh comes out like a take out order even when “dining in.” The drink options we love so much about Sajj were not available and everything came out Luke-warm at best. The eggplant ragout was cold, the cauliflower was cold, and the sumac onions were (I’m pretty sure) onions from whatever burger restaurant is also housed under this one roof - just white sliced onions. Couldn’t tell the difference between the tzatziki and the garlic sauce, as they were both just white tangy sauces blobbed on top of my cold veggies and lukewarm chicken. The guy working at the front was at least nice, but I was terribly disappointed and paid just as much for this subpar meal as I would have for a made-to-order, tasty dinner from a real Sajj. Don’t waste your money.

Food was inconsistent as far as cook and seasoning. Very bland and over cooked.

Just to set your expectations, this isn't a real restaurant. It's a self-service commissary where you order at a kiosk. There are tables but no service. Food comes in take out containers, even when you're dining in. Steak kebab was seriously unrecognizable. Baklava was tasteless. Will not return.

Can't use gift cards! ? They should inform us online before we drive there.
Very bad service in preparation, mixing up orders, rude staff. Dirty location
Great concept. Good restraunts at one place. Best to come in with friends who want to try different.
We tried Sajj and a few of the others that are offered at Local Kitchen and really liked the food and the easy of getting it ordered on the app. Local Kitchen is our new go to.
Such a huge fan of SAJJ, generous portions, high quality ingredients and consistency.

I first tried this place about 3 months ago, and it's quickly become my go to restaurant when I'm at work. The food is healthy and full of veggies yet feels indulgent. I've yet to have anything I didn't like, and they have the perfect take-out meals to share with my toddler. I even used them to cater a baby shower, and everyone from the meat eaters to the vegans and the people with food allergies were happy and wanted to know where we got the food from. They delivered and set up the whole table with really clear menu cards. This is now a regular spot in the restaurant rotation.
Amazing Mediterranean food. I've been there so many times since they open and always the food is healthy and tasty. You should try the Garlic dip, Falafel, and chicken Shawerma.

I tried the Steak Shawarma and I didn't like it. It tasted like dirt or something grainy and bitter. I felt ill shortly afterwards and had to leave. I drank lots of water, and felt better after an hour.
