They are open until 7, not 7:30 for reference but the people here are really nice and it’s in a great location! Ryan the barista (o?) is always super sweet and goes above and beyond!

They were busy, but Starbucks always are. We ordered two banana breads, and made the mistake of saying “sure” when asked if we wanted them warmed up. The guy doing the warming was too lazy to walk the food over to the counter after heating it up, instead just letting it pile up until another worker grabbed it. So we got one banana bread while it was warm, and then had to wait several minutes while the other one just sat there getting cold.We ordered drip coffee, which they normally just give to you at the till, but today they decided not to. So we waited while other fancy drinks were prepared. 10-15 minutes later we realized that they had simply forgotten about us, when people who arrived much much later than us were getting their much more elaborate drinks while we just stood there. Not a great location. B team staff.

this Starbucks is clearly the location where they send their least attractive and incompetent workers. not only are they rude, but they make drinks slower then a corpse. from the looks of them, they all live in their parents basement so I understand however, in the future, I would like better service, considering I just got hot coffee spilled all over me today.

Dirtiest Starbucks I've seen. Countertops where they're serving drinks and food or horrendous. The bathroom is horribly dirty, and the dining room floors are horrible too. I spoke with the manager and he said that the morning person left without cleaning.. I told him the filth of the entire Starbucks is way more than just somebody not cleaning in the morning... There is stuck on coffee, drink, food and other things stuck to the machines, counters, and floors that has had to have been there for months. I will not be coming back to this Starbucks anytime soon.

I came in last minute two days ago. My actual name on the order was Alex. I came to get two drinks and I did not even greeted at the door. I came in to get two drinks with iced black tea with 9 pumps of brown sugar syrup and no water and 3/4 inch extra vanilla sweet cream and I do not know if the guy was confused on how to make the drink but he did make it but did not stir in the cream at all. It was all puffy vanilla cream at the top. I had to stir it in myself. I was very disappointed. I either want management to train people on how to make the drinks or have someone else make the drinks for me please.

Disgusting! Bathroom a mess with no paper towels, pee on the floor, poo on the bowl rim.Inside store, every table was dirty and food crumbs or chunks on seats. Got our coffee and left. Unfortunately we ordered before we visited the restroom!This was Sunday 7/16 at 4:30pm.

Quite disappointed. There were 7 staff members, yet it took them 4 minutes to even acknowledge me (and the other patron waiting at the order counter) and take my order, even though they definitely saw me standing there. The place was only about 50% full. Just a “hi, we will be right with you” would have been perfectly fine, but not even a word… The food and coffee was decent though.

Ordered a venti with no ice, this is what it looks like. Do better Starbucks. I ended up with a grande drink.
Lots of indoor seating and extensive outdoor seating as well. It is, however, very busy inside with almost every table taken. Most are bench/2 person tables, only one 4 person round table available. Music is pretty loud if you're planning on working here/taking calls. Ton of parking for easy access and it's on the corner. Very clean and convenient. No drive through.

This isn't my go to Starbucks, I normally go to the one near my house to get my morning coffee before work but sometimes I forget to mobile order before leaving the house so I order to this one instead since it's down the street from where I work. My order is a simple shaken espresso, no 2%, splash of sweet cream. It's what I always order & it tastes good probably 30% of the time. They're very fast at making the drinks but they're just not good. I spoke to a friend that works at Starbucks & she says they probably just don't make the sweet cream right so it throws it all off since it's just espresso & cream. Anyway, definitely not worth the gamble specially when it's before work & I don't have a lot of time to stay & ask for it to be remade which is a hassle for both me & the employees. I never want to be that person returning drinks over & over but it really just isn't done right. I will really only come here if it's my last choice.

Jan '23: with the upcoming change in Starbucks reward program, I'll give more of my business to Main Street and other baristas. I should take a star off but… I'll wait.If you hike the hills in Los Gatos, and can pry yourself away from the boutique coffee shops on Main Street - this is the Starbucks to head to. Friendly baristas, a very traditional 'bucks. No surprises! It's my Sunday thing!
