Today, April 28th 2024 right around 5:30 pm I had my worst experience ever with one of the ruddiest Starbucks employee ever! Lia was very rude toward me and my wife when I asked for my birthday drink and was giving me a bad attitude as I was begging for something. I’ve been a customer of Starbucks for many years and my annual birthday drink was part of my birthday routine. After this experience, we will have to stop our daily drinks from Starbucks for both my wife and I and find an alternative. I’ve spent so much money with Starbucks for many years to be treated this way. Thank you Lia for providing such a terrible customer experience.

They don't get orders right! Focused on speed instead of accurateness! A lot of Starbuck seem to have this problem.. they are going so fast that they don't get the order correct! .. they need to slow down and get it right the first time!!

I went to Safeway Los Gatos today. I pay my items at the self service machine. I start scanning my items then the machine voice kept telling me to remove the items in the baggage. So I put my item in the other side of the machine and continue scanning. But the machine still telling me to remove it. So I called for help. I lady came and scan her ID. She asked me if I can all the items in my grocery bag. I said yes, so he left. So I continue to scan the last Item which is the cherries, that costs me 19 bucks. Then I proceeds to pay it. After I pay and have my receipt, I Look at it and call back the lady to help cuz the other items didn’t registered? Then she start yelling at me. She said that she asked me if the items in the bag’s already scan? Which I answered her yes, because It’s true that I did scan it, but didn’t know it wasn’t ho through. So I told her that okay Im sorry I didn’t know, and just help me to do something so I can pay it. She brought me to the other machine and she start scanning it and she still mad. When everything ready to pay. I put my card. Then something pop up on the screen and I cannot continue. The machine is little higher than me, so I can’t see what is it. So I asked her what is it! She lower it and said it’s questioner. She hit the number 10. Then I asked her oh.. is that a survey question? She said yes and I click cancel. So I told her NO.. you click the 10. What a liar! After she yell at me she think she deserves 10? Well it’s not about the survey for me it’s about how she handled the situations. I didn’t even realized how easy it is to solve. If I know that I will just to scan again the items that not registered the first time and pay it, I should do it myself and not bother her. But my brain didn’t work that time. My BAD!!
A person who worked at this Starbucks name “Ruby” she is extremely inpatient and rude. I was there for my birthday reward and she was super cold. I couldn’t find my reward barcode from my app and asked her for help, she just kept saying” barcode, barcode, otherwise how can I scan it?” Man, I’m trying to find it and you just being so rude and cold, not being helpful at all for Starbucks customer. This is how you treat your valued customer? Bad experience ever!
The manager of this store told me that masks and gloves are optional for employees, and that masks don't do any good anyway. I was appalled. It works only If you are looking for "to go" option, otherwise nothing special about this location except a below average Starbucks. There is one much nicer near by on Los Gatos Blvd
This Starbucks is inside of a Safeway, and not a standalone. I was able to get credit for a star dash that I was in, so it worked for me. Not quite a quick walking distance to downtown LG though.
