Take out order with two bags of chips. The order was handed to me without the chips, so good thing I checked. When I got home I noticed that the fresh by date on the chips was May 5th, so they're a month plus expired. Shoulda checked more carefully...At least the sandwiches were fresh.

Very rude customer service. The lady at the counter snaps at every word you say and behaves as if she is really obliging you by making a subway for you. This is not acceptable. I am writing this after 2-3 repeated experiences.

I have been coming to this location for years. But I must say their service is going downhill fast. The Hispanic ladies that used to work there 1 year ago are gone, they provided excellent service. Since then they have had high turn over of people leading to crappy service. I often go and have to wait in line because there is just one person working, and this person is not as fast as they used to be and makes mistakes on the order. Had enough! On Saturday the girl working there didn't know how exactly to make a turkey bacon Guacamole wrap. Today she (the same person) placed the bacon on the table without protection under it. I had to ask her to throw away and warm up a new bacon, which she didn't initially want to do. She needs to be better trained, and she needs HELP! not only she, but no one should be alone during lunch time at a Subway. Also, I HAVE NEVER seen the franchise owner at this location. This person doesn't care about the business as they should...

From the first moment you enter that restaurant the stuff gives you a great feeling. Very warm hosts, it is a happy place to enjoy with friends or with your date. delicious cooking, creative chef de cuisine, reasonable cost and excellent service. Highly recommended.

One of the worst subways I've been to. The staff their is loud and one of the employees was singing in the back with the music full blast and the store was as hot as outside as which was like high 80s or low 90s. Also the quality of the food their was terrible I got a foot long meatball sub with veggies and it tasted like a $3 sandwich and it was like $10. To be honest I couldn't even get through half of it before throwing it away. One last thing about the employees I feel like they don't speak English very well.

It's Saturday and 90 degrees outside. I just walked in and the line is to door and there's ONE PERSON working. It's hotter in here than it is outside but I'm pressed for time but leaving anyway..., sucks!!!!

Very disappointed that the online Subway wouldn't be up to date on holiday hours and would let me order a sandwich for pick yo and send me an email telling me it's raedy to pick up when the store is closed along with taking my money for services not provided.

WORST subway I have ever been to. The worst customer service ever. I ordered a breakfast sandwhuch combo and was charged 2.99 extra for the combo when the price clearly said 4.79 for the combo. Rude cashier and sandwhices are mediocre

I have been here a handful of times. I have been overcharged twice in the past. Today I was charged for two 6" sandwiches instead of a single full 12" even though they were IDENTICAL. I asked the cashier about this and she (Teresa) shook her head no. No one smiles. No one greets you. No one appears to hear you as you order. It's a negative experience all around. After today's charge of two 6" sandwiches instead of a single full 12", I will not be going back. I'll take my money elsewhere. No thanks!

I don't get all the bad reviews. I just left here, the staff were wonderful. I almost cancelled my online order after reading the reviews but I'm glad I didn't.

Always great customer service. The Subway staff is very welcoming, and makes sandwiches in rapid fashion. They always ring us up quickly. The subway is small, but easily navigable.

Wow! What a rude customer service. These employees are really rude and mean. I will never ever return to this location. They should replace all of their employees starting with the lady who doesn't want to work and is extremely rude. Well go sit home if your not willing to work and keep your attitudes for yourself. I will not recommend this place to anyone. Hope the "Managers" pays attention on the amount of negative feedbacks!!!
