We love this T4—I've practically funded their business with how much I've spent here over the past three years.
But honestly, the quality of the boba has really gone downhill. It’s sad to see the authentic, soft pearls replaced by something less memorable.

Owners, please take notice—bring back the good old boba, or you might lose loyal customers like us. We’re rooting for you to get it right again!

This is probably one of the best places I have gotten food and a drink because of their great and hard working staff also don't forget to try the amazing popcorn chicken, its literally so addicting.

Also this place is very clean and very well kept by the local middle schoolers right down the street and the bathrooms are also very nice.

I would definitely recommend this place.

Went here Feb 2nd around 11:30am.
Got my usual mango green tea, I got it large, 30% sweet, with rainbow jelly. I will say it was a bit too sweet for me, I am going to try 0% sweet next time.

The worker was really nice and welcoming. The inside is clean and decorated with cool stencil art. The menu was clear to read and with a large variety of options. It is very easy to park here and get...
