The menu offered a great range of options and everything I tried was delicious! My table received great service and dishes were thoughtfully and beautifully plated! My wife and I live just up the street from what used to be the Novitiate Winery in 1982. That original winery is now called the Testarossa Winery. We used to walk to the winery on the weekends and had free tastings of the delicious wine. That's when life was good and a lot of fun! California was a cool place to live at that time. We had our first child during this period of our life. The winery was very simple with a cave-like entrance and huge casks at the back of the tasting...
Environment = 3.5 > the road in and out of parking lot could have been better designed. Old grounds were unique, but probably more could have been accomplished with the history of the place.
Staff = 4.5 > (Peter) had excellent customer service skills and exemplified enough knowledge for role.
Wine = 2.0 > with supposedly being experts in Pinot Noir, it was safe to say that all their wines were a general disappointment.
