The food was good. There was some smell as soon as you entered the place. It was one type of cleaner mixed with dirt (lingering smell). Just a couple of employees working but they were efficient. They did not announce the name of the order. I saw the order ready sitting there for a couple of minutes before I asked if it was my order and it was. They did do a good job at adding silverware and napkins. Good for take out, not for dine in.

guy at the front counter was friendly and enthusiastic about the business, honestly give that guy a raise.Vegetarian options: not like the first place I would go, but definitely has veggie options, which usually entail just removing the meat from certain orders.

Brought my 87 year old grandma here because she loves the grilled cheese from the melt. She was worried it wouldn’t taste like the Stanford Mall Location but it was actually a perfect replica. Nice to know we can get our favorites in Los Gatos.

This is probably my favorite burger. The wagyu patty is way higher quality than other places. I also like that it's not super thing like at ShackShack or Super Duper. Those are more like fast food. This is like a legit burger you'd get at a restaurant. The bun is always toasted and crispy. Plenty of cheese. Cheap price. Def one of my go-tos.

This location is located in a Local Kitchens, which is a ghost kitchen with food from a bunch of different restaurants.I love their Sicilian Chicken grilled cheese. It comes with mushrooms and the whole flavor profile comes together really nicely. The diced chicken breast is tender and juicy. I enjoyed the side pickle which helped cut the fattiness of the cheese.

Food and service is great. Pricing okay. Easy to locate. Fun place to eat at on any day.

I can't eat Melt very often and it's a treat every once in a while. The mac and cheese and classic are my go-to items. I am also a fan of Local Kitchens and being able to pick up food from different restaurants at one convenient location is a great concept.

Interesting concept... a bunch of restaurant menus under one kitchen roof. I ordered in the restaurant and it was a lengthy wait, more than 30 minutes so next time I'll order ahead. The melt burger was delicious and juicy. The garlic parm fries were too spicy for me. There was so much garlic I will be smelling it for days!! But the burgers were super good.

My first time going to the restaurant, I seen an ad for it on Facebook and decided to check it out. I will say it was worth it. I got the Mac daddy sandwich. It exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be going back to eat there. You place your order on a tablet if you go in store. Sit down and wait. It's really that simple. Or you can Order ahead. Very clean with two bathrooms onsite.

The patties are huge but taste very average and a bit too dry. Also the jalapeño sauce is not bad, and just not bad.I ordered a lettuce wrap burger, and they literally put the burger inside a small dessert to go box with no paper wrapping it, and no utensils or napkins. I finished the burger layer by layer, which was awful.Maybe I expect too much. But a $14 burger should have something outstanding in my mindset, but sadly it doesn’t.
