I like the cook there he works from Tuesdays to Saturdays, he's really a nice guy but is a really good chef when it comes to cooking.

One of my favorite una mas's around. Been going here since I was a little girl. I hope they never go! I've always had a good experience and the food has always been great. Other locations is never comparable to the one in Los Gatos.

A friendly taco place that serves tacos with taco truck flavor but at restaurant sizes. I got the spicy carnitas and the pork had this great flavor that tasted like it came from a perfectly seasoned grill. It was an enjoyable but difficult to name flavor that sets this apart from other taco places that serve good tacos. Tacos with a hint of a pleasant and unique mystery that will have me coming back for more.

My smartphone was being repaired so I asked for directions. The owner drove in front of me all the way to get me to my destination. Amazing human being! Love the nachos.

Don't get ripped off!!! I debated how many stars because the food is decent but see my irritation is plain stupidity. I ordered the chips and salsa to go on door dash. It says and I quote "chips with 5oz of salsa". However, what I received was the tiny little plastic sauce cup (you know the standard ones they give you to get salsa at the bar). Well they describe those as 2oz. I got three of those, with different salsas. However, I also got a burrito which on their description and I quote, "comes with 2oz salsa". So the math ain't mathing right? I go back in and the dude at the register tells me that's 5oz of salsa! I told him no, so he gave me the next size up and said, well actually this is 5oz and you get one. I said I got more chips than salsa, and he said you want two. As if I was the stupid person. I want what I paid for sir! Well man behind the register. I went home because I literally have nothing better to do with my life on a Friday night and weighed those bitches out. Guess what, your "2oz" is actually 1.3! And your "5oz" is actually 3.3. We do know that 5oz is a little bit more than 1/2 cup right? Stop ripping people off!

We really like this spot - it's vegetarian friendly, our favorites are the Tofusion Burrito Bowl (just the right level of spice, and blend of Tofu + Peppers + Onions + Rice) and the Veggie Tacos. It feels a lot like comfort food. Highly recommend these two options for any vegetarians considering Una Mas.

We arrived and ordered.Food was good, friendly service! Was hoping for the salsa bar, but it was closed. We ate inside! It was pleasant but the soccer game was on Lou's and in Spanish so it was just noise to us! We will return!

Prices were way to high for a burrito. I walked out. Any burrito over $12 should be making list of places you need to try.
just finish two tacos. I live around the corner and gone once weekly. not so much and more. fish tacos getting more and more dry and less and less fish. however the teenager at the register pays more attention to his you tube, lack of obvious respect for customers in his shitty little attitude. I own a small business and I have teen age sons. if I had a employee that watched your tube instead of findingbthibgs to do I'd fire him on the spot.

Called to place a phone order for pickup. They said "can you hold?" "No ptoblem" 10 minutes later still on hold, I decide to drive in and place my order. There is only 1 person in line placing an order and the restaurant has a couple eating their food at a table. Not super busy. I'm still on hold. I see the cashier grab the phone look at it and then just hang up on me, at that point I'd been on hold about 15 minutes. I guess he didn't want to deal with an upset customer, which I wasn't at that point but hanging up on me when there was not a rush is just bad business practice. Obviously I'm not giving them my business nor should you. Just ordered a much better burrito up the road at Baja Fresh. That's where you should take your business

This is the best Una Mas I've been to. The food is always perfectly cooked and the portions are large unlike some other Una Mas I went to before. The owner seems like they really care about their business and customers too. 5 stars

I can't get enough of their chicken tortilla soup and my children like the Mexican rice and chips

This review is for the Una Mas located inside the Palo Alto Veteran hospital. This location just recently opened up 3/28/22 and the prices are EXUBERANT for the quality of food it serves. Most dishes are $10.99 and not worth it because of quality and size. I tried the Nachos ($10.99) and the Burrito ($10.99) and told them no beans on the burrito , wow it was so tiny and mostly tortilla. Not much as for filling. Even a quesadilla is $8.99, I understand you pay when eating out but at least make it quality. I can truly say there is no decent place to get a burrito in the South Bay, not like in San Francisco (Mission District) where you find multiple good quality shops.
