This place was our COVID staple, but has gone downhill recently. First, they stopped making the egg rolls. Now the food quality has gone downhill. The restaurant is looking dirty, and they either do not have enough staff or the staff that is there is lackadaisical. (Often they are watching the tv or are on their phones.) The piles of boxes accumulated on the wall by the front door are now ceiling height. The last time, the pho broth was not sufficiently hot to cook the meat and the quality of the meats in that and the chicken vermicelli were much poorer. Becoming too worried about food safety to return. Sad loss.

Very good food. Delicious Sandwiches and Tofu rolls.

The food was borderline spoiled.I had come to this place about six months ago and it was okay. But came today and it was really bad. The rice paper on my spring rolls was stale, and at some point I bit into something moldy. My daughter couldn't finish her sandwich either. We are hoping we didn't get food poisoning. Will not go back until I see reviews that some major changes have happened, like new ownership or something.(Also they don't serve hot tea, or any hot drinks for that matter. How hard is it to boil some water and add a tea bag to it?)

So, I had some time to kill and was hungry. I searched restaurants near me and this place popped up. I love Vietnamese food so I drove over. I am so glad I did! This is a little hidden gem! It has a hole-in-the wall atmosphere, small yet cozy. I walked in and was greeted right away by the person at the counter. The menu is overhead so I looked through the selections of sandwiches, plates and soups. I ordered the beef noodle soup. It was open seating so I sat myself at a small table. The server promptly brought me a glass of water, napkins, and silverware. Shortly thereafter came a ginormous bowl of pho! The condiments on the side were bean sprouts, sliced jalapeños, Thai basil, and lime; on the table were sriracha, and hoisin sauce. The soup was excellent! It was piping hot which was wonderful on this cold day. The broth was so flavorful, yum! The beef to noodle ratio was also great. I had beef in every mouthful. I will most certainly be back for more!

$12 for a small Banh Mi? We came here since we were at the Thai massage place upstairs and finished at lunch time. We love Banh Mi but I'll tell you that Huong Lan Sandwiches has the best sandwiches. The taste of the chicken was not that great. They have some chewy cartilage pieces which to me means they don't take the time to throw out the lower quality parts. Of course this may be the norm, but I'm not into that. I prefer to have BBQ chicken in the sandwich versus bland grilled chicken. Adding the Sriracha helps. We didn't have anything else but they serve pizza and other Vietnamese cuisine. I was shocked at the price as that is more than double most other places. Of course being in posh Los Gatos may mean you have to pay more, but I'm not sure 100% more can't be considered gouging.

small little cafe in a strip mall. has all the standard comfort foods - pho, rice bowls, banh mi, etc had to get the pork and shrimp rice bowl and it is bountiful with fresh vegetables - cucumber, carrots, diakon (white radison) and so much more. the grilled pork has a lovely char, good chew and seasoned well. Its a LOT of food. The spring rolls are also tasty and fresh. A great place to get your vietnamese fill :)

I've been sleeping on this business for years, but hey, better late than never. I stopped by Viet's Corner for lunch after an appointment. Whatever they were cooking in the kitchen smelled amazing, so I was looking forward to trying the food. Service was great. The employee ringing up my order was very friendly and helpful. Food also came out in a timely manner. I ordered a bbq shrimp vermicelli bowl. Candidly I thought that the bowl was extremely pricey. It came out to $20 in total. Was it worth $20? Debatable... But there was no doubt that it tasted good, the food was plentiful, and the ingredients were fresh. It was one of the best vermicelli bowls I've had in a while.

My partner LOVED his pho! My vegetarian sandwich was disappointing. Not much flavor.

I doordashed the grilled pork sandwich ($12.95) and I thought it was a mediocre banh mi. They skimped on the pickled vegetables though. I definitely get more pickled vegetables when I order banh mi from Duc Huong or Banh Mi Oven. The grilled pork was okay but not as good as the grilled pork at Duc Huong or even Banh Mi Oven. The baguette was good though. It was crispy but still soft enough where it didn't tear up the roof of my mouth like the banh mi at Lee's Sandwiches. Overall, I wouldn't order again from here unless I was desperate and had no other options. I would much prefer to order banh mi from Banh Mi Oven where it's also cheaper there.

This place is simply too expensive. $20 for a decent bowl of pho is pretty steep. It’s one of the only options in the area though. The food is good, just have issues with the price.

TLDR: Taste is just OK, not terrible but under the average level cross Bay Area. Also it is pricy. $18 bowl of beef soup nodule, bean sprouts, leaves, lime are aside in a small plastic bag. - failed $14 grilled pork sandwich, the bread was little too dry, small portion of pork - failed $7 Vietnamese's ice coffee, I can't tell whether it was worth. taste just sweet without much coffee flavor. - failed $11 shrimp spring rolls.. rice paper wrapped tightly. Shrimp and vegetable was fresh. - good

Came here three times for Grilled Chicken Banh Mi and each time the sandwich was prepared with fresh ingredients and just the right balance of protein to pickled carrots, daikon, cilantro and mayo - no jalapenos for me in a nice crispy baguette. Consistency of flavor each time made me return after the first visit. If I lived nearby, I'd probably frequent Viet's Corner more!

We had a late lunch after a hair appointment. The hairdresser said the new owners weren't up to the level the previous owners had set. We found the food okay. I would have preferred that my sandwich was layered to the bottom of the bun rather than the "crack" of it. I had to eat it like a cob of corn to get enough of the ingredients in a bite.

I gave them a second chance after a bad experience and this is my last time here. The amount of chicken for $20 is laughable. The bowl is literally filled with noodles so it’s basically like $20 Ramen terrible. This is basically a bowl of starch and salt. If you eat this you’re gonna be hungry and have spiked blood sugar within an hour because there’s not enough protein or fiber. This is just awful I’m so sorry I came here. At the very least they could add some more vegetables or some thing to make it healthier but all these noodles are going to spike blood sugar and cause diabetes. The other negative reviews are correct. On the positive side, it doesn’t taste bad it’s just not very nutritious and I wouldn’t call this a balanced lunch. If you have other choices, go elsewhere. I basically ate the chicken and the few vegetables/sprouts provided and I tossed the rest. I should’ve just tossed my $20 in the garbage as It would’ve been a simpler way to waste money

Enjoyed the fresh rolls, delicious large Pho, and we also tried their imitation ham fried rice. It was great. Friendly staff and a simple ambience. Five stars.
