Willow Street Wood-Fired Pizza

Excellent food,and more than excellent service. Valentina was our server and we knew,from the moment she introduced herself, we were in good hands.

This was our first time, and we were very happy! The food was delicious, I loved the blood orange cocktail and my salmon Romain Gorgonzola salad. Hubby loved the pizza salad combo. Nice ambience, nice service, nice value. We'll go again. 

Had a Ceaser salad and lemon chicken pizza. Great service and excellent pizza.

Our family’s visit to Willow Street Wood‑Fired Pizza was outstanding from start to finish. The thin crust pizzas, especially the pepperoni and margherita, were crisped to perfection with a smoky finish that only a wood‑fired oven can deliver. The garlic bread and Willow Wings were flavorful starters that set the tone for a satisfying meal, while the Grilled Salmon and Arugula salad stood out with tender, well‑seasoned fish and a refreshing citrus vinaigrette. Each dish felt thoughtfully prepared, balancing comfort food with fresh ingredients that elevated the dining experience.

The restaurant was lively in a very warm, inviting way. Our food was good, except for the spaghetti with marinara sauce (the sauce was very underwhelming). But the pesto pasta was great (for people who love mushrooms) as was the Tuscan cannellini beans. The service was friendly and attentive. Overall, we enjoyed our first visit to the restaurant and would return.

Combination pizza was freshly made and tasted great. Calamari appetizer was spicy but still great. The Italian soda had too much carbonation, so I can't recommend that. Our server was fantastic. I would come here again. Thank you.

Amazing tasty pizzas and garlic bread. Sundae is a must try dessert. Staff members are very courteous. It was a pleasure having lunch at this place.

Willow Street is a consistently excellent choice for downtown Los Gatos dining. I recently enjoyed lunch on their lovely outdoor patio—the perfect atmosphere on a beautiful day, conveniently located right across from Town Plaza Park.

My Harvest Grain Bowl (looks like the correct name from the menu search!) was fresh, healthy, and very tasty. My friend's Roasted Chicken was also amazingly reasonable at around $24 (according to the menu) and she loved it.

What truly set this visit apart was our server, Aden (a San Jose State student!). He was incredibly polite, highly attentive, and took the time to genuinely connect with us. This level of kind, personal service is what keeps patrons coming back.

Highly recommend Willow Street for the food, the patio dining, and the staff!

Nice family style restaurant. The staff was able to accommodate a big party of 10 adults and 5 children. All pizzas were fresh and tasted good. I ordered a ravioli which was amazing

This is my son and I place to go for lunch. Great outdoor patio, wonderful varied menu and special lunch options that are very reasonable. The service is always over the top, with the supporting staff very friendly. Don't miss this super Los Gatos location.

Met up with some friends and was happy to see the range of veg and vegan pizza. Do not miss the white bean appetizer. It was amazing. Pizza was light and crisp, yet foldable. Perfection.

Went here for a “welcome dinner” for my wedding. I worked with Adriana who was an incredible help from start to finish! Everything at dinner went seamless and the server assigned to us was very attentive! There was about 50+ people there so it was a big group. We got pizza and salads and they were all delicious! Unfortunately I got no pictures of the food but highly recommend the garlic chicken pizza and beat salad. Definitely recommend this place!!!!
