We’ve been to this places twice for wine tasting in the past but the bistro didn’t open at that time. So we went on Sunday for special Mother’s Day brunch and give it a try. My sister is their member so we can order five different entries from their set menu. We had Shakshuka , Benedict eggs, avocado and salmon with bread , duck fried rice and special charcuterie.
The taste of all dishes are amazing. The duck meat is very well seasoned so it is not gamey at all .Shakshuka tastes like the one we had in Jerusalem.
Nice and friendly service. We can’t wait to come back again for their regular meal.

Nice Place with Good Food and wine
Best quality and tasting food in Mt. Shasta area! The fried calamari starters can also be extra spicy upon request! The carrot ginger soup is amazing! There are always wonderful specials, too! The fish and chips are too quality, the burgers and salads are amazing!! Our favorites are the ahi salad and the Thai chicken salad. All of the desserts are wonderful. Few places does your server hold two Masters in Science! Both regulars and tourists love this place - EVERYONE is welcome!!
This is specifically for the Bistro 107 restaurant (not the wine bar). We each took two bites of our food, and decided we just wanted to leave. It was absolutely flavorless. I ordered a truffle pasta for $45. It was clearly some store bought macaroni, unsalted butter, and some shavings of truffles. There was no sauce on the pasta… just butter. My boyfriend ordered “lobster mac n cheese” for $35 and it was also flavorless and watery. We dumped our boxed food in the trash and got dinner somewhere else. Absolute waste of $120 for a few bites of gross food. We didn’t order any wine, so I can’t speak to that, but if you plan to dine here at least get wine drunk first so you don’t care what the food tastes like….
Team dinner here on a Thursday evening. I love the ambiance. It's high in the woody part of Los Gatos and the lights strung around the winery, grounds, and restaurant are beautiful at night. Super picturesque. Even saw a family of deer in the middle of the road.
The table service was also quite attentive and good. Friendly. Clear the silverware between apps and meals. Food came for everyone all at once but it took quite some time after ordering even with hardly anyone else in the place.
The food selection was a little sparse. I was hoping they'd have steak. Since not, I had the pork chop which was quite succulent and tasty with the onions and other garnishing. The burgers and pizza all looked ok but the menu wasn’t special. My vegetarian friend was not able to find anything he liked. Felt sorry for him.
Too full for dessert and anyway, it took so long for the main course we didn't have time for it.
We have a great evening! Beautiful setting, great food, nice people. We will be back.
Wine Bar is a rare gem tucked away in the hill above Los Gatos. The wines are excellent central cost Chardonnays and Pinot Noirs. They offer charcuterie plates thar are well matched to the wines. The ambiance is off the charts! Highly recommended.
Awesome spot for some weekend wine tasting. You're surrounded by big trees, listening to the LIVE bands, and sipping on some great wine while making new friends. Great service too!

Join the Testarossa wine club and get 20% off the top over everything (food AND wine) when you're here. Try the salmon platter with some chard... it's a pretty relaxing way to end a weekend.
