We had a great experience this weekend. We only stopped to pick up our shipment but the lady welcomed us and convinced to stay for a tasting. We had a wonderful person help us who was studying for his somelier test and told us about the wine and a recent trip to India.
Very odd, that even as a member, you are not allowed to use their restroom. It used to be open to customers, and then was closed because of “construction.” Finally, they opened it for an event we attended. But when we showed up soon after for a reservation, we were told it’s “not open to the public.” You must walk off site to use a Porto-Potty. But we are customers? What’s very strange is that according to California law AB 1632, as of Jan, 1st 2023 “require a place of business that is open to the general public for the sale of goods, and that has a toilet facility for its employees to allow any individual who is lawfully on the premises of that place of business to use that toilet facility during normal business hours, even if the place of business does not normally make the employee toilet facility available to the general public.” So, not sure why the staff, not only says “no”, but also chases you down and puts a stopper in front of the restroom door. It’s extremely rude, and very much so makes me consider the cancelation of our extensive membership.
Great selection of Wine!
Had a great time here. We sat outside on such a nice day. The atmosphere was really nice as well. Meghan helped us. She was very nice and informative about the wine.
Great place but was quite sad to see they closed so early at 5 and they couldn't (or wouldn't) offer us a tasting. There are also no restrooms for patrons, and we had to search for the outhouse or church. Im surprised the town doesn't offer a decent public restroom.I would visit again but earlier next time.
Server Bryce gets 5 stars, amazing service and friendly server. Definitely a good vibe and made us want to come back. I door atea has AC but can get a bit loud, out door has shaded area from big trees, couch style seating with center table for lounging and chatting and tasting along with chair and tables around back perimeter outside. ?The water they serve is valley water or "tap" but it had a particular very hydrating taste. Somebody in my group descibed it as " heavy ", my perception of it was it was spring water with a low ph, not arrowhead like at all, very good water very hydrating and amazing better than expensive Voss or Evian or Fiji.
Some nice wines. Too bad they are poured by indifferent servers who almost read from a script, and seem to know little else. Care nothing about customers who actually know something about wine.Custimers drop $100s of dollars and they won't let you use their restroom? Am I in L.A.?
Great service and delicious wine!?

We have been members at Fess Parker and Epiphany for over 10 years and have introduced many friends and family members to their wonderful wines. We have always felt at home with the very friendly staff up until today when we visited Epiphany for Father’s Day.We did not have a reservation but decided to buy new wine and try the quick complimentary tasting that is part of our membership. We did arrive shortly after 4:15pm and were greeted by one of their most inhospitable host ever! We were told that they could not honor the complimentary tastings as they were done for the day and winding down, but at the same time we could buy the tasting by the bottle or glass. This would not make any sense if they were facing staff shortages or were concerned with closing the place on time.It looks like the winery has hired new staff, but the training is lacking in quality customer service. This will certainly affect our decision to continue the membership in future!
A relaxed outdoor or indoor space to enjoy wine tasting. Their quality products are sure to please your pallet.
I was enjoying the sparkling wine on my last day of vacation and all was good. I have medical issues that lead to me needing a bathroom a couple times per hour. I asked the man working today where the bathroom is and they do not have one. I asked where the public restroom would be he said closest is across from the market. I walked a few blocks with my purse got very hot and looked across the street from the only place callled market that I knew my first day here. No bathroom, a restaurant would not let me in then a man at the post office said outhouses were somewhere. I walked back , finally saw some but had my purse which I would have left with my friend if I knew it was going to be an outhouse but the man at your tasting room did not tell me . Then the woman said well this is Los Olivios and I use it too. I explained that I did not have issue with outhouses but was not told properly told where to go and had a big purse which I could not take in. Imagine what it is like to have issues that lead you to need a bathroom twice an hour or handicap people. Employees need to give respectful proper instruction as if it was their mother with every customer. It is fine if out houses are the method but give specific instructions and make sure the customer understands how things work in the town. This put a huge damper on my experience.
Great afternoon tasting at Epiphany! Lovely staff, great recs and a pretty setting. We'll be back?
Very good wines. We had the tasting and enjoyed all of them. Pretty terrace outside to enjoy the time and the staff added to the nice time!
