By far one of the best tasting rooms in Los Olivos and arguably the best Chardonnay and Pinots in Santa Ynez Valley. Carefully crafted in the style of wines from Burgundy - that makes the chardonnays, in particular, exceptional to me. Have not always been a big chard drinker but these are really special and not what people may have come to know about chards from California. The Pinots are quite lovely too! The Champagne (yes real!) is also outstanding. I have brought friends, family and work colleagues to the tasting room and they all rave! If you are in the area drop by or if you are a fan of excellent wines, buy online through Liquid Farm.
Bryan was awesome. This chardonnay was my favorite in the entire area. There's so many wine tasting shops to chose from, this was was well thought out and curated BEAUTIFULLY.
So knowledgeable and helpful.
Not wine snobs, just cool people who enjoy good wine!
Place was a great time. Being from Chicago, this was a great spot to get to know the area. Anthony was a great host and poured us the best whites in the region. Highly recommend this place.
As a wine club member, which I’m cancelling, I was appalled by the service when I brought in my award-winning winemaker guest recently. The Aussie manager & the miserable 20 something were rude & condescending. Annoyed when asked about wines & process. They poured our tastes and left. So we left. They only get a star for the branding (I’m a brand specialist) and tasting room vibe. As a hospitality expert, this tasting room sucks. Period. Wines okay, and wines are always about experience too. Too many other wineries where they treat you amazing. Purses are tightening - bad strategy ladies! ?
Worst wine tasting experience ever, rude, snarky gals pouring overpriced wines— one & done no need to go back there when there are so many great wineries.
In a world where everyone makes pretty good wines, why would you want to differentiate yourself by having rude condescending ignorant hospitality staff.
It was a sunny, summer Saturday when we entered the Liquid Farm tasting room. With one step across the threshold, all the clashing sounds and distractions of bustling Los Olivos weekenders were snuffed out. In front of us stood an entire wall of rosy-hued bottles; to the left was a floor-to-ceiling depiction of a vineyard; and in the center of the room, a wooden bar lined with kohlrabi-adorned bottles of chardonnay. We immediately settled in to became students of an earthbound winemaking style that seemed older and more immortal than the Californian town we had entered. As we progressed through a series of whites that ranged from newly released items to library gems, our senses were left defenseless. Any suppositions or predispositions regarding chardonnay were forgotten. Our host, Andre, was a veteran in the wine industry who brought a sense of promise with each bottle that he presented. First came a hit of citrus and pineapple in the aromas of the White Hill, presented as a vertical offering with two different vintages. Flavors expanded off the far end of the spectrum when we reached the richly spiced baked apple of the Golden Slope. When it came time for the reds, the pinot noirs and Dandi mourvedre subsequently moved us like the launch of a Falcon 9 into orbit. The Burgundian-inspired approach of Liquid Farm is one that stands the test of time. Both the newer and the older wines possess a lofty nobility--one that is embodied by the wax-crowned top of each bottle. We truly felt that the winemakers could transform specific soils and clones into liquid gold. Andre was invaluable in explaining the decisions that guided the selection of each vineyard and production of each bottling. With such a friendly face behind the bar, it was clear why every person beside us couldn't help smiling. Why not stop in and feel the same?
Amazing wine, beautiful decor, and super-friendly service. This has just become a new regular spot for us.
One of the best tasting rooms in California. Total locals favorite.
Lovely indoor tasting room with a beautiful design and a small store. Great service and tasty wines.

Liquid Farm is my go-to recommendation for locals and visitors alike. Their chardonnays totally wowed this red-wine-aficionado, and the service can't be beat. Brian, Donna and the crew will take the best care of you and teach you anything you want to know about wine. A must visit stop!
These were our favorite wines from SBC. We had the wine flight with Carlos and learned a ton about the county and regions around the area. Super happy with the choice to come here and can’t wait to visit in the Santa Ynez Valley next time.
Donna is fantastic, great experience
Incredible biodynamic wines!
Gabriel is super knowledgeable and a genuine person. Really impressed with their rose and chards.
