Based on the reviews, Maharaja Indian Food is a hidden little gem located behind a huge truck stop, set slightly back from the truck refueling area. The food is solid and freshly made. Specific meals mentioned include Shahi paneer, aloo paratha, tawa roti, Samosa Chat, Pakora, Aloo Gobi, Dal Makhni, Tadka daal, and goat curry. The parathas are huge, delicious, and filling, served with pickle and a generous amount of dahi (homemade yogurt). The location has a covered area and a clean picnic table to sit at. It is an ok stop if really hungry, but not a must try category for everyone.
