Great hidden little gem! Stopped here again today and as usual never fails!!! Evening you get here seems fresh! Also the prices are a little high people say but show me an Indian spot that’s good that’s not this high or higher! I will always pay more for quality!

1 star. The food was horrible and honestly not worth the money at all. Everything tasted old and poorly made. On top of that, the customer service was very rude and unprofessional. Definitely would not recommend this food truck to anyone.

We ordered Shahi paneer, aloo paratha, and tawa roti, and everything tasted amazing. The masala chai was especially delicious, and the aloo paratha was excellent. We initially hesitated to go there because the reviews weren’t great, but the food turned out to be really good. We truly enjoyed the meal—it made our journey to Los Angeles even better!

Everything about this place is bad. Butter chicken was nasty and the lady that takes order was the rudest person I have met this whole year. County inspector need to do a surprise inspection and shut this place down asap

We ordered Samosa Chat, Pakora, Paratha, Aloo Gobi, Dal Makhni and Chai. Everything tasted great and also was freshly made. The Parathas were served with pickle and a generous amount of dahi. Overall really liked it, and would recommend for a quick rest stop.

The prantha.s very very spicy. I already told them few months ago. But I didn’t see any improvement. I asked to the ladies who made prantha. She said everyone need spicy prantha. That’s not make sence. No everyone doesn’t like spicy food. Finally i never go there in future.. Now my stomach is mesup. I ate only half prantha. I ordered 2 pranthas. Because that’s the second time happened with me. You have to look your business and customers requirements.

Stopped by on our way to Paso robles from Joshua Natnl park. Location is kind of hidden behind a huge truck stop. You have to drive by the parked big rigs to reach to the other side where the food truck is.
We had to take a to go and orderd roti and Tadka daal. First I was surprised to see the rotis were priced at $1.50. But the size of rotis justified the price. They are huge and not so dainty. Tadka daal was ok, not so flavorful as I expected of a punjabi made food. Didnt have to wait much for the order. We ordered and went to use restroom at ampm nearby and it was ready when we came back.
All in all ok to stop if you really are hungry. Will not put it in a must try category.

Came here for the mariscos food truck but only this restaurant was there this time. No biggie. Food was solid. Goat curry was a bit on the watery side but goat was very tender. Daal is food

Okay… go ahead and consider my 5-star approval *with conditions*. We're usually racing from the Bay Area to LA in record time, making just one pit stop to refuel both the car and our caffeine-deprived selves. For years, our routine was a Starbucks stop in Kettleman City.

But recently, we kept hearing about the Indian Punjabi food trucks sprinkled along this corridor. Curiosity (and hunger) won, so we veered off course… and stumbled onto this place.

They’re open from 7 AM to 9 PM every day, and we rolled up bright and early like the over-eager road-trip warriors we are. We ordered the parathas—huge, delicious, and filling enough to make you question every sad breakfast bar you've ever eaten. We didn’t try anything else, so this review is entirely for those parathas.

As a self-proclaimed yogurt snob, I was thrilled to find they had *homemade yogurt,* and the whole plate came with pickles. What. A. Breakfast. Definitely stopping here for breakfast again.
The service was great - quick, personable gentlemen running the place. Chai was a little sweeter than usual but kept me going until the next caffeine fix! The location is right off the freeway and set slightly back from the truck refueling area. They have a covered area and a picnic table to sit at that was clean. Try it out yourself!
