We were just there, husband ordered 2 artisean breakfast sandwiches and 2 burritos... Not sure whats going on with your eggs but my Dog JUST CHOKED ON PLASTIC!!! I AM FKNG PISSED OFF!!! I HAVE PICTURES!! I AM TAKING THIS TO CORPORATE!!! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE...
Unfortunately I used to work there. I saw behind the scenes. This place is awful. They don't always keep timers. The managers are rude, especially one named Emily. They are always running short of products. The wait times take forever. Believe me this place ain't worth it. Check out Pilot for sure. They're awesome just stay away from the Wendy's side because they aren't worth it.
