We usually love this place and although I understand it was there first night back open, we waited about an hour for our order and watched cycles of people who came in and ordered long after us get their food eat and leave before we even got ours- including a table of SEVEN. We had to go in and ask about our order and it just happened to be the LAST ticket hanging up and was told we're up next- for two orders of tacos. Then, when we finally got our food they gave it to us to-go when we ordered for dine in. The tone of voice from the people also suggested they did not care at all. Seems like they either lost our order or just don't make orders in the order they come in like the way they are supposed to. All in all not a good service experience.

Great environment for the family. They have inside and outside seating. They also have a bar. Whenever I go ...there are families with their children. My 2 year old was quick to find the corner, where the outside seating is, that had toys to play with. Simple menu but great tasting food.Vegetarian options: They offer vegetarian options for the burritos or tacos.Kid-friendliness: Always lots of families and kids.

I would give this minus 1 star if that was a choice. Ive been here twice. The food is alright. The prices are high. The worst is that Gorilla Rock is into tip-shaming greed. They ask for tips before they even cook or serve your food. Why do businesses with already high prices ask for tips upfront? Gorllia is like all the rest: tip-shaming and greedy. If you want employees to make more money, then pay them, give them a percentage of the daily profit, or just raise your prices even higher. Or if you want a tip, then bill me at the end of my experience. I won't be coming back for the shakedown or the tip-shaming.
