“WE were passing throught on a fun day at my moms friends POOL i do remember that the burgers were big and huge and delicous havent ben here in 4 months going on 5 but i still remember big juicy burgers were delicous and are delicous we went to my moms friends NAME AMY. we live by ARROWBEE in PLACERVILLE CA were super close were 10 minutes away.”

“Had a great experience with extended family! Big table in the back room accommodated all of us. We had 7 delicious pizzas and 2 large salads. Food was delicious and came out fast. Can’t wait to return!!”

Location: conveniently Located. Inside there are several booths and tables available. Outside, there are several picnic tables, Bar style seating with beautiful views of the river, three large tables for large groups.

Service: very friendly staff.

Only negative has been that twice We’ve had to wait for our order when we arrived at the restaurant even though we ordered online half an hour beforehand and showed up at the promised time according to the app. All we ask is please keep the promise time accurate, and we’re fine!”

“I went to Annie's for the first time today and ordered the Mexicali sandwich and fries. The chicken was cooked perfectly and the sandwich had just the right amount of spiciness to it with the chipotle sauce and jalapenos. The fries were amazing and crispy too. Everyone that works there was very attentive and super friendly. I live right around the corner and I will definitely be back to try the breakfast and mimosas. “Geartooth Alewerks is genuinely one of Placerville’s best hidden gems. It’s a family-owned brewery, and the whole family puts so much care into what they do. Mom runs the kitchen, Dad handles the smoking of the meats, and the brothers are usually out front making everyone feel welcome. They are some of the kindest, most generous people, and the whole place has such a friendly, relaxed, family-friendly, familiar atmosphere.

The food is just SO good. The smoked meats come out delicious and perfect every time. The smoked chicken thighs are incredibly juicy and flavorful. The nachos are amazing and the portions are seriously generous. I also love getting the mac and cheese with a smoked hot dog cut up on top. And if you are lucky enough to catch the short rib, get it with the mustard BBQ sauce. It will blow your mind. There's a whole lot of flavor and love coming out of that kitchen.

The drinks are hella good too, and award winning. Definitely try the Excuse Generator. They also have a flavorless alcoholic seltzer with different flavors you can add, which is such a fun idea and so yummy.

They play cool, obscure movies and shows on the projection screen, have trivia on Thursdays, support other local businesses, and have created a place that just feels comfortable and welcoming. You can come in, relax, eat ridiculously good food, have a great drink, and feel like you’re among friends. Places like Geartooth are exactly why supporting local businesses matters. We absolutely love it here!”

“my wife & I when there after dark it was little chilly outside side they ask if we like to sit outside or inside my wife said we like to sit inside after 5 minutes waiting for a table the waitress came got us set us a table that sets 6 people the only one available at that time after about 5 minutes setting the waitress though was coming over with menus or wanted to drink but she us to get back up go set back in the waiting area because she in cases alot people came in to use that table this was first time we were ever in there our friends was a great place to eat with great food so we left pissoff wrong way to run a business plus the manger heard the whole thing didn't do everything to help us out”
