To me, a restaurant I could not get food is a 3 at best.

We wrapped up our vacation in Lotus, CA with 8 friends by dining at Lotus Pub, which had been recommended to us. When we walked in, the host immediately told us they could not accommodate groups of 8. We offered to split into smaller groups of 2, but she still refused to seat us. Her explanation was that they were short-staffed and supposed to close at 5 (though the website listed different hours). Unfortunately, her manner was very short and cold. A kind patron followed us out and suggested another place to eat outside of Lotus, which turned out to be a much better experience.

Been coming to Coloma for years and just found this place. I've been missing out! It is hard to find this quality of food(for the price range) even in the bay area these days. Definitely recommend the Bánh Mì. Will be back to try more!
