Darling little cafe in Loyalton, CA. We walked to Larkspur from our Airbnb for breakfast and coffee on a Sunday morning. The place was packed and the line was long but worth the wait. My husband enjoyed the ice coffee (a bit bitter) and I had a latte with coconut milk which was delicious. We each ordered the breakfast tacos with eggs, potatoes, bacon, and slaw. Very pleasantly surprised to stumble in to the Larkspur for quick lunch on a one day road trip. The mid day menu is limited, but they are more than willing to customize to suit customer preferences.

espresso is definitely worth it. great shot two different days and by two different people, really nice and in line with sightglass's or ritual's blend espresso shots from the city. Or on par with an actual good shot from bluebottle, when that occurs.. I can't recall where they get their coffee from but they do well with it in my opinion. The cookie was super tasty and caramelly crunches. The other pastries looked nice too, non starbucks like for sure.
