Happy Rice is a hidden gem located upstairs in Plaza Mexico. The fresh and yummy food, especially the baked scallop, is worth the 30-minute wait. The service is lovely, and the ambience of the outside patio covered dining area adds to the experience. While they don't deliver, the delicious and tasty local sushi makes it a must-visit spot.
