I would like to say this restaurant ruined my morning! I was very excited to get a ham, egg and cheese bagel. There was so much cheese and no egg.. and also no bagel. it was a croissant. the croissant literally had 4 pieces of cheese on each slice. , the ham was 1 thin slice folded over. i had to come home and make my own egg, and add my own food. if i wanted to cook at home, i would have!!!! not to mention, the lady helping me was so rude. the donuts, hard as a rock. i could...read full review
Horrible service - no customer service skills or friendly service whatsoever - they get orders wrong because they don't listen and then get attitude when you ask them to correct it - Deysi was rude and did not take responsibility for her mistake

The individual who recommended me was with me the day I walked in to order. The worker who took my order barely understood English I had to keep repeating the order. She also handed me a bag that was sticky because she didn't remove her gloves after filling our order. Also the lid on the cup of coffee was not tight and it spilled out on my hand. More than lightly I will not be back
