Emily is awesome she is so nice and friendly, excellent customer service from her part, she put a smile on my face because of her smile and willingness to provide good service, it’s 12/13/23 and I didn’t get the other girls name that was there also but was also nice, friendly and has a great smile. These should get a raise definitely deserve more than the minimum !!!!!

Not bad but some flavors are weird (like jamocha) still don't get why they offer walnut and not hazelnut that is way better. Then usually they give small scoops for the price, now that coldstone open right behind, they give you bigger scoops at same price.

The girls in there are so nice! Always super friendly! I come here any time I am in Madera there shakes are just irristiable.... The store it's self is always clean and has good ambiance! It's in a great location and next to some good food!
