Worst customer service. Girl at drive thru was yelling at me before hearing the issue I was experiencing on the mobile app. I walked into the restaurant to speak to manager and told her about girl yelling. That didn't seem to help and the girl was still being loud in the back, the entire restaurant was hearing everything. This restaurant in Madera on Country Club drive is the worst byfar. Ill be going to the new one on Madera Ave from now on.
I asked the girl in the drive thru if there was ketchup in the bag. She said yes. Guess what wasn't in the bag?
What kind of moron forgets ketchup when you order french fries.
Also hand me money instead of making me fishnet out of a box that everyone that has been through the drive thru has put their hands in.
