Food is good customer service is great, but that stupid remodel is anti customer. Pulling the fountain drink machine and making the employees get me refills is not very customer friendly. I understand they have a homeless problem, but that's why you call the cops on people stealing. Make the Police do their job, and not having McDonald's employees do extra work that if they worked at a higher income area they wouldn't be refilling sodas.
Always fast and courteous employees. Never recall any mistakes with orders or anything. When I want Mc Donald's I can go to that side of town and know I'm getting good service and is speedily done.
