I live near this location and I’m a regular DB customer in and out of the state. The staffing on weekends at this location is the most inefficient I’ve experienced at any location. Management needs to get involved and improve efficiency!

I came to California from Oregon where Dutch bros stayed and I can tell you that this Dutch carries Dutch culture well. I made a mistake and sent my drinks to the wrong store. They were so kind, they made them anyway and didn’t charge me. They are incredibly friendly and the store is extremely clean.

The drive-thru would be the only way I'd recommend visiting this location. The staff in the drive-thru have always been extremely courteous and great service. However, every time I have gone inside to order the experience couldn't be more opposite. The music they play inside the store is extremely loud and it is hard to hear the cashier when ordering. Im usually the only one inside the store but have to wait a while for someone to even acknowledge me and when they do they act irritated that I've come inside to order. I would think since I'm paying a ridiculous amount for coffee and snacks I'd at least get great customer service whether inside or outside the store. Update: Tried it again with a gift card I received and the lady inside helping me was friendly and courteous! Im glad I gave it a 2nd chance.

Riverstone madera location. Ordered online went to onl8ne pick up window no drink. OK so i ask workers at counter kept getting told to wait and after 15 mon, now I am late, they say oh your drink has been sitting at other window. Then they ask why I did not ask about it when I came in. Love that this is close but probably won't go back to this location, they do not have things under control.

Visited this one while on vacation. I was able to use my birthday drink which was a bonus. The staff was friendly and the service was very quick.
The order-ahead option on the app pretty much never works on weekday mornings. I don't know if it's a software issue or if the staff is just turning off the ordering option, but it kind of defeats the purpose if you're trying to avoid the long drive-through lines. Wouldn't recommend unless you're not in a hurry to get to work...

This location is extremely slow—the line takes over 30 minutes every time. Once you pull into the drive-thru lane, you’re stuck with no way to leave. If you’re on a break from work, don’t even think about coming here—you’ll end up late. Very disappointing and frustrating service.
