They really need to clean their restroom. That thing looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days! It was crazy. I am only shocked because it’s a nice place and area. The manager (I am assuming it was a manager) kept screaming at the employees to make sure the store was running well but maybe do it in the back? When you are not taking our orders and yelling in our ears? Not to mention, she saw us walk in and didn’t acknowledge the fact that we were there. I mean, you were already yelling, you could of yelled a “HELLO, I WILL BE RIGHT WITH YOU!!” Instead of ignoring for minutes while you yelled at the crew. Okay, my rant is over. I have been thinking about this all day since I came out of there.

Absolutely love Dutch Bros coffee, but I hate how often they have had price hikes thanks to the new CEO! A medium golden eagle freeze is now $7+, and most of the free add-ons have a charge now (soft top $1, extra sweet $30 etc). Also the fact that blended drinks like the freeze are more expensive than iced drinks seems ridiculous. Out of all the central valley stands, this location is usually not too busy.

There’s a lot of great employees here but there is one girl here that always seems to be soooooo bitter or mad? I have nothing against her other than the rudeness every time we pull up. She always acts so annoyed to be serving anyone lol ? I get it.. customer service can be rough but honey every time a customer shows up we don’t want to be greeted with attitude and eye rolls.

I recently had a disappointing experience at Dutch Bros Coffee in Riverwalk at Madera. The staff at this location severely lack customer service skills. During my visit, I ordered three large drinks, only to be met with a complete lack of etiquette. To make matters worse, one of the drinks had a hole, causing it to leak all over my brand new car seats.Upon returning to the store to address the issue, I found that it lacked reliability and ownership. Instead of receiving an apology or any form of acknowledgment for the inconvenience caused, the staff member simply poured the remaining drink into another plastic cup without showing any remorse.Overall, my experience at Dutch Bros Coffee in Madera was extremely disappointing. The staff's lack of customer service and failure to take responsibility for their mistakes left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. I hope management take this matter seriously and teach them accordingly.
