I ate here two days in a row. Both times the same bad results. First day was dine in. Waitress nice but many times difficult to get her attention for things. Ordered fajitas and the chicken tasted frozen with no flavor. The guacamole is on a bunch of lettuce- more than typical. The shrimp was overcooked and dry. The next day I ordered take out. We celebrated a friend’s birthday. Fast & friendly service. Margarita’s were so good!
Went to visit my sister inlaw Riverstone & we had lunch was delicious ordered the breakfast burrito was so delicious & we had great customer service from everyone

Papi's Mex Grill is an amazing restaurant with a new location at River Walk in Madera Ranchos. The food and drinks are fantastic, especially when Chef Gilbert is in the kitchen. The dishes have beautiful presentation and are cooked to perfection. Customers love the breakfast options, such as the chorizo burrito wet with meat sauce and French toast. The service is always excellent and welcoming, with great recommendations from servers. Papi's Mex Grill is a must-visit spot for an afternoon margarita, family dinner, or delicious meal.
The new location off 41 & Ave12 offers a great experience with great service and food. The fajitas for 2 is a lot of food and customers who enjoy eating recommend it. However, some customers found the service to be extremely slow, even with a small number of tables. The chips and salsa add-on was also criticized as unnecessary, with customers suggesting including it in the meal price instead. Despite these mixed reviews, the "Bowlicous" experience with very generous portions of food and a friendly, attentive server named Nicandro has left many customers eager to return.
