Fatburger & Buffalo's Express offers a mixed dining experience. The atmosphere is accommodating, with different seating options, making it a convenient location at the Refresh Travel Plaza on Highway 99 for travelers, like a mini food court with plenty of options for food. While the hamburgers can be dry and the hamburger buns cold, the fries are supper hot. The wings are nice, but the portion of fries is considered ridiculous for the price. The service was ok, and the guy working there doesn't smile. Overall, the value is not considered worth the price.
