Been going here since it opened because we like Me n Ed’s pizza and it’s in a convenient location. About 10% of the time we get a good pizza. Watched once as they were extremely busy as they took pizza out of the oven and tossed them on an extremely filthy counter. How can a business be so miss managed? Who boxes up burnt pizza?

The Riverwalk madera location is one of the worst franchise's. Not only did I wait an extra 30 mins for my food because they lied about it being ready in 20 mins, they also forgot my pumpkin spice bites after the long wait. The icing on the cake is while I’m waiting, the lead or supervisor, walks out with 2 large fresh pizzas to take home while there’s people waiting for their orders. This is exactly why I never get food at this location, and rather go to Pizza Factory in the madera Ranchos

First time are pizzas were dry. The cheese and toppings were in the middle of the pizzas. Not made right. But the Cashier was great.

Absolutely the worst Me-N-Ed’s experience I’ve ever had — and that’s saying something. From start to finish, it was a disaster of epic proportions. The order was botched beyond recognition, the staff looked dazed and utterly disoriented — like they’d just wandered in from a bad dream. Phones rang off the hook with no one bothering to answer, like customer service was a foreign concept. Watching them repeatedly open and close the pizza boxes, cluelessly trying to figure out which order was which, was like watching a slow-motion food service meltdown. This location is a case study in how not to run a restaurant. Avoid at all costs.

Pizza crust was burnt. Pizza was terribly cut, uneven cuts and had to tear apart because not cut all the way through. Toppings didn't cover the whole pizza as well, too much crust was showing.

If I place an online order ahead for 7PM pick-up, I expect it to be ready at that time. Not 40 minutes later.

Always gets our order wrong. Staff talks to each other like it’s a school day. I wonder who is in charge of this place.

Worst pizza at this location l! it’s thin so crunchy and had like no cheese they do an awful job and it’s been this way multiple times. Very disappointing

I cannot rate the atmosphere. It's either delivery or pick up. The pizza always tastes so good. The pizza is always beautiful. It is never burnt. It is never undercooked. Always consistent, customer service is impeccable. Never will you be disappointed in the quality at this establishment.
