Popolo's Pizza is a clean and tidy location that serves delicious pizza, wings, and baked sandwiches. The pizza has a nice crust, good quality ingredients, and good quality pepperoni, with fresh dough and high quality ingredients making it the best spot for pizzas and baked sandwiches in the entire Central Valley. The salad bar is very fresh, with all the dressings, pastas, and salad bar sides individually packed inside containers and kept inside a mini fridge. Every item on the menu is delicious, from baked sandwiches to specialty pizzas, soups, and salads. Chicken wings are baked to perfection, though they have very little "meat" on them. The staff is friendly, helpful, and welcoming, with great service and a welcoming vibe. The location is small, with a few 4 seat tables and one 6 seat, so do not anticipate having an event there. There is no "medium" size pizza, only small or large, but the dough is hearty. The owners are wonderful, and the staff would often check in to assure everybody was doing well.
