I came here to avoid Starbucks and to try something new . I got something that was simple a hot chocolate and honestly tasted way better than the Starbucks one. I also tried the matcha iced with strawberry and it was pretty good. I also have iced matcha latte and it was pretty good. It is a bit cheaper than Starbucks . The staff isn’t the best but they aren’t the worse either. I can careless how they look or react to me ordering I’m still come here.

Stopped by while visiting Whole Foods in Malibu. Ordered a cafe latte and iced strawberry matcha latte (half sweet) as well as a few pastries. My favorite is the matcha latte, it was not too sweet and tasty. We also ordered a matcha croissant (6/10), it was just okay. The chocolate chip cookie was good.

Delicious lattes and the vanilla syrup is really good. I usually go for the iced vanilla latte with almond milk. Only outdoor seating so if it happens to be raining, good luck sitting down.

Long wait for the worst hot chocolate ever … tasteless to say the least ! Not real chocolate at all just a syrup probably chemically engineered 🤦🏼♀️ don’t waste your time and money…. I should have asked for a refund but the employees didn’t look very accommodating either so I just tossed it

Very bad hot chocolate! No flavor, mostly milk and long wait for this. I’m use to my 2 months of the year in Italy, France and Switzerland where the hot chocolate has flavor and I’m sure much more healthy. Here in the states it’s just near impossible to find a place that compares. This 1 star may not count as my fellow Americans don’t know good coffee or chocolate. Their reply is it may have settled? We had the drink right away and was not good in any way.

What better than wondering at the malibu shops with a cup of vanilla latte.
I am OBSESSED with Alfred’s it’s always been my number one. Now that I don’t live in LA the closest one to me is Malibu and they always are on top of it and take care of me. Please open more locations Alfred’s you can have all my money if you open one in Thousand Oaks. This is the best iced vanilla latte and their muffins are amazing :)

No tables inside, you can only sit outside. The staff wasn't welcoming nor courteous. The coffee was good, but not worth the hype. The patio is nice if it doesn't rain. Restrooms are around the corner and shared by the whole shopping center; not ideal for kids. WiFi worked well.
