Employees are really rude. I went Feb 8th Sunday noon time. There were two women and one man working. Both two women were harshly rude. Extremely nasty and couldnt order my coffee in comfort.

All of a sudden the staff changed service is sooo slow it looks dirty
I stopped for a coffee and restroom at this plaza while driving from Oxnard. Both took me to wait about 10-15 mins. Understood it’s a holiday but service was way too slow. Coffee was great.

Blue Bottle Malibu is one of my regular stops before real estate appointments, and I often meet clients outside on the patio when the weather is nice. It’s convenient, consistent, and perfectly located in the heart of Malibu. The coffee is always excellent, the staff is friendly and efficient, and the space is clean and easy to access. A great spot for Malibu locals, agents, and anyone heading to meetings or showings nearby.
The latte was watered down on 10/12/2025.

Best coffee we’ve had while visiting Malibu BY FAR. I loved the yuzu lavender latte, staff was kind, quick and efficient, and the pastries are so good. 100% worth driving a bit farther into the mall (past the Starbucks) and into this lovely little coffee shop.

Cappuccino way to strong for me, not balanced at all.
Great outdoor seating, good service, matcha latte was ok but not the best I’ve had. I had better expectations based on the reviews.
