Why is there only 1 bathroom for the amount of people that can be served here? Gotta be a health code violation. The second bathroom is staff only as well. C'MON!

Theres lots of competition for parking as well. So you may have to roam around for a bit.

Those two things make me hesitant to come back even though I've been here several times.

All the food taste great. The lobster roll was small given the $25 price. At that portion size I don't think it's worth it.

Best Lobster Rolls on the west coast !

I'm relatively new to Malibu and wanted to go there as part of my birthday celebration this year. A friend of mine said I must go to Broad Street Oyster Company to enjoy their lobster sandwiches. My date and I ordered our sandwiches with warm bread. Without a doubt these lobster sandwiches were the best I've ever eaten. Deagon took our order and was most helpful as we navigated our order. I highly recommend this restaurant and look forward to going there again soon.

Lovely place to visit after a long day at the beach. Fresh and delicious seafood paired with great beers. My only comment is that their caviar hot dog isn't as covered in caviar as the picture shows, but I guess I'll let that pass. Everything else was great.

I haven't tried any of the seafood yet, but the mushroom roll and the watermelon salad were delicious. The roll was satisfying (veggie options so often aren't!) and the salad was very refreshing. Will definitely be back.

Maybe we ordered the wrong things? Maybe it was a bad day? We’re not sure, but this place didn’t live up to our expectations. The lobster roll was good, but absolutely not worth it for the price. We wished it came with a side at least. And the fish and chips were plain. That being said the place definitely had charm and the food wasn’t terrible, but the price of the food almost feels like a scam.

Atmosphere was pretty cool. Lobster roll was a total let down. I literally got like 3 chunks of lobster and did not taste very fresh. I honestly thought it tasted like imitation crab meat. Highlight of the roll was the bun. Don't know what the high star reviews are about buy maybe they were having a bad day. For $25 I would've expected fries or chips on the side. Pretty dissapointed with this place.

Broad street Malibu is a beautiful place to enjoy lunch and the pier! Matthew was extremely pleasant and helpful with our orders. He’s also very cute 🙀

Lobster was fine, but 40 bucks to include extra lobster and no sides or fries? It’s not worth it in my opinion. Go elsewhere.

Pathetic. The 'medium' were tiny. Ordered half dozen only one was medium. Rip off for a tiny frozen margarita with no techiquila and as for the famous shrimp roll - what a disappointment. We had never been to this place and I heard about it when our daughter went to the meditation place next door at their Malibu branch, so my husband and I thought to try it out while we waited for her. This was out first time and it will be our last. Front cashier lady served as if she was doing us a favor. That dears is how restaurants start getting bad reputations.!
