A TOE NAIL CAME OUT OF MY UNI PASTA!!!!! Manager said “no it’s not a toe nail it’s plastic, we use plastic everywhere” like that’s ok too in someone’s food? and he looked at us crazy not even apologizing at first until we asked to apologize. Absolutely DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!! Customer service was absolutely terrible.

Cold, hot, doesn’t matter! Melt in your mouth lobster rolls will have you second guessing why you didn’t order two! French fries with dipping sauce were great!! (Order that over the slaw) lobster chunks were huge! Roughly $35 a roll, get an Arnie Palmer!

I had lunch with my family at this place 3 days ago. The food is great! But they took triple the amount of the bill from me. I don't think it was intentional, just stupidity of the employees, ignorance and unwillingness of the employees to think and correct their mistakes. In the restaurant, when paying with a VISA card, there was an error in their accounting system due to the fact that their system's connection with the bank was interrupted or there was an error by the cashier. And I paid the bill several times. I received notifications from the bank, but the employee said each time that the payment did not go through. As a result, my account was debited 4 times. One debit for 166.22 USD and an immediate refund, and two more debits for 166.22 USD, which, according to the employee, also did not go through. After which I tried to pay with another MasterCard card and there was a debit for 181.22 USD (the amount taking into account tips). That is, instead of 166.22 USD, I paid 513.66 USD. At that moment, I told the employee that I had several write-offs and showed the notifications from the bank. The employee, for his part, said that the transactions did not go through. Then I contacted the bank, the bank said that the transactions were made by me personally, with my card, and they, naturally, cannot do anything, because the restaurant did not cancel these transactions. The bank provided me with the Visa system transaction codes, by which these transactions can be identified and canceled. This is not done in the restaurant's accounting system. This is done by the bank in the unified international accounting system of banking transactions of the VISA payment system. I returned to the restaurant the next day and after talking to the employees, I was unable to get my money back. The guys refused to look into the problem. They refused to check the transactions using the provided VISA system transaction codes. The employees do not understand how the system works and did not want to understand it. They do not understand the difference between their order accounting system and the banking system. And they do not understand that these systems are not connected to each other. The order accounting system is a notebook: order #1056 - salad, octopus, prosecco - payment of 150USD has been made. These are notes, like in a notebook, for their own accounting. The banking system is an international system for any bank in the world. A single system for all banks in the world in the VISA payment system and a single system in the MasterCard payment system. They know only their "notebook", their order accounting system, in which a failure occurred or the last of the 4 payments was simply linked to the order. Of course, they see in the restaurant's order accounting system only the fact of payment for the order. They do not see that several transactions were made. Only one transaction is linked. I needed them to take the VISA transaction codes (Authorization code 705803 RRN code 426213116492; Authorization code 705833 RRN code 426213116654), which I provided them with, and call my bank and say that transactions with such and such a code are erroneous, cancel them. But the employees could not and did not want to understand the problem. As a result, the transactions that I made are considered voluntary by the bank on my part and the restaurant employees do not confirm the erroneousness of these transactions for the bank. Such an absurd situation. P.S.: the employees began to escort us out of the restaurant without even trying to figure it out. This was extremely strange behavior. In total: 513.66 USD for lunch instead of 166.22 USD. The restaurant did not return 352.44 USD. As proof, I am attaching screenshots of bank transactions and a receipt from the restaurant.

This lobster roll is one of the best I’ve ever had and definitely something I will be going back for! The vibe of this location was like being warped back in time to the late ‘90s/early 2000s animated TV show with the colors, decor and an old school tv with a built in VCR playing an episode of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. On top of that the service was top tier and the food matched. Definitely give this place a try, but be prepared to wait because this spot is busy. Side note: Parking was challenging but manageable
