We had lunch at Bui Sushi and really enjoyed it. There was a special lunch price, and everything was fresh and tasty. We didn’t like the eel roll, but they were very accommodating and quickly substituted it without any problem. The staff was very nice, and overall it was a great experience.

Prices were satisfactory, although $40 corkage is higher than the “going rate” for this type establishment An extra charge was included for a “soy paper “ wrapper yet we were not notified there would be an additional charge.

It was our third visit. We sat at the Sushi Bar, too. As always, we had a good time with our favorite dishes and we were thrilled with some new ones as well. We will visit again soon.

Amazing restaurant. Was greeted by the owner, Dara, who is a nice guy. Lady killer for sure. Great food, service was unreal, vibes were high like the OC for the 4th. I'm definitely coming back.

Absolutely incredible. Everything from the service to the fish quality was top. The spring was roll was literally perfect, the nigiri melted in my mouth, and the rolls were so fresh and flavorful. Easily one of the best sushi spots I’ve ever been to can’t wait to go back. The staff is amazing and Dara the boss’s son is my favorite.

You just can’t go wrong in Malibu! Stopped in for lunch and sushi sounded amazing. I was greeted upon entry. Choose to sit inside the covered entrance. Staff were super nice. Server was even willing to take a photo with his staff for my review but sadly I wasn’t able to take that shot. Sushi is beautiful artwork. I ordered dumplings and felt like even the dumpling sauce was amazing. I tried the Full Moon. I highly recommend it. So good! Also, I tried the happy hour specials. I hope if you try this place, you will feel welcomed and enjoy your meal as I did. Thank you Bui Sushi!!
