Nice people work here absolutely horrendous food
Great food and customer service highly recommended
The food is made by some company I currently forget the name of but the staff make it 4 stars. The food is good but not top notch, tasty yet not quality and better than ramen (also sold there).
The workers and the chefs are rude and get agitated quickly. They barely speak English so if you want any changes done to your food make sure to tell them until they get it or you'll be waiting long.
It is open 24 hours, so even after Payson Library closes, you can stop by here, if your dorm room is too far.
Some people would say that the new HAWC café is better than the Waves Café. I would have to agree.
