John's Garden in Malibu Country Mart offers a cute setup with picnic tables outside. The menu features healthy options, including bowls, salads, sandwiches, and smoothies, accommodating dietary restrictions. This great little sandwich shop in the beachy ritzy mall has lots of covered seating by the grass and playground. Everything is so fresh, and all sandwiches can be made with gluten-free bread. The Italian Salad with romaine, little cuts of salami, and olives was good. The Italian sandwich was good too, with nice bread, meat, and dressing. They also have a tuna melt that looked like an ordinary panini with nicely toasted and charred bread. The kale smoothie tasted fresh. John's Garden is a must-visit place, with warm and friendly staff. They offer a variety of salads, sandwiches, and soups. The Prosciutto Caprese sandwich with House salad and a cup of Veggie soup was simple but so flavorful. It is a great spot to enjoy a meal.
