Our waiter Frank was very rude, inconsiderate, and definitely on some kind of drugs. Acting frantic, having conversations with another table WHILE taking our order and had me repeat my order 4 times because he didn’t understand (a beer and salad). Head in the clouds. Manager was rude as well and took a long time to get someone’s attention to be seated. Food quality was also sub par: the santa fe salad had WET black beans and turned into a soupy mess and was served without salad dressing which took another 10 minutes for me to receive. Heat lamps did not work because they were out of propane. Worst service I have every experienced and will not be coming back.

Decent brewery in Malibu! On the north side of the pacific coast in this very small, quaint, cute shopping area. Great selection and can do flights! Bartender provided great service!

5/5 Food5/5 Atmosphere5/5 Service5/5 BeerLocated right off the iconic Highway 1 in Malibu. Great little brewery with indoor and outdoor seating. The ambiance is fun and vibrant. Really good food. My wife and I both got beer flights and we're really impressed with the beers.10/10 would come again. Highly recommend.

Loved this place! We popped in here as it caught our eye from the highway, and no regrets! The atmosphere was so warm and the beers were delicious! We had the shishito peppers which were fantastic and recommended by our server! Highly recommend the rosé lager, both my husband and I loved it! We stayed here for several hours, and although busy, they made space to accommodate us and our 1 year old! We will definitely be back when we visit Malibu again!

I'm doing meatless January and so I ordered the Veggie Wrap and holy god it was delicious. Best wrap I've ever had hands down. Try it! So flavorful and had bright tasty vegetables inside. Full flavor and not dry. Paired it w the Sand & Sea beer. All tasty. I even bought a 6 pack to take home. Give this place a try! We will for sure be back.

Brought son, friends and family here after hiking nearby in Malibu. The food was excellent and while I did not have an opportunity to try the beer, friends who have been there have enjoyed the selection. The server checked in on us frequently enough where we felt taken care of but not too much. While the restaurant was a bit noisy, it's because it is a brewery and popular. Still very enjoyable!

We love the outdoor patio - tables are well spaced and the vibe is pleasant, overlooking the grassy common area. Beers are excellent - some of the best craft brews in Los Angeles area. I have enjoyed a coffee porter and a plum stout here, my current favorite is the Imperial Coconut Porter. Fish tacos and Malibu Grain Bowl are nice. The food highlight here is the Pretzel Bites. A must appetizer for the table. They are tossed with red chile butter but thankfully it is not spicy, just delicious. The two accompanying dips, a creamy whole grain mustard sauce and a cheese sauce are tasty. Excellent service. Reasonable prices. Free parking. (Parking tip: if the lot is full, there is another in the back.)
