The lobby was disgusting. The floor was sticky, trash over flowing, crumbs all over the seats, and tables. They clean the drain in the same sink that the dishes are washed in. Hand washing isn't a requirement apparently. Employees spend their time gossiping about costumers and their coworkers in Spanish. Along with eating and playing on their phones instead of doing their job.

the girl at the checkout at 7:40 pm on June 17th didn't even come up to us, although she saw us and we stood for about 10 minutes waiting for her to come up to us, when she came up to us she didn't even say hello and acted as if she hated this job or her life, so if you're reading this, then it's better to quit and not ruin the mood of everyone around you

Came in on Labor day at 4:45. 3 girls working. Didn't take anyone's order standing there laughing as if there isn't a line. One girl came to the register with a nasty attitude. Waited 15 minutes only to find out all 3 drinks are totally wrong. People walked away. Management should check on their employees.

It's Starbucks, I know what I'm getting, like the coffee, BUT I only go on special occasions, it's just too expensive. Not practical.

I just waited over half an hour for a coffee, they had to remake the order before mine 3 times and they also had my order wrong, two guys were working at this chaotic situation and one of them stepped out to take a break while we were all waiting, such a shame
